So ….
My wife the veterinary surgeon and indeed expert in canine veterinary rehab has invested again in Glasgow .
She was the first rehab in Scotland introducing cutting edge science and yet Glasgow city council nearly got her killed by their corruption and incompetence..
However this is her third underwater treadmill she’s brought to Scotland for canine rehab and she is just passionate about veterinary surgery and veterinary rehabilitation.
I really am in awe of her passion .
Here’s her latest treadmill that should be up and running by next week …

Since becoming the Duke of Cornwall upon the death of Queen Elizabeth II in september 2022, Prince William, as New Duke of Cornwall, established the new strategy for the Duchy of Cornwall, summed up by chief executive Will Bax: "The organisation should not simply exist to own land, but should use the land to deliver a positive impact"🔥
Therefore, in May 2026, The Duchy of Cornwall announced that under this new strategy, the Duchy would be selling roughly 20% of its property portfolio over the next 10 years with the aim to raise about £500 million👌🏽
That money under British Law, can NEVER be pocketed personally by the Duke of Cornwall since the duchy does not belong to him. The ENTIRE AMOUNT HAS to be reinvested back into the duchy.
Rather, William as Duke of Cornwall decides HOW the money will be reinvested on the duchy and here is how he has allocated that money so far:
• Out of the £500 million that will potentially be raised, £161 million will go toward his plans of social housing under his Homeward project to tackle homelessness.
Under the plans of construction that have been approved on the duchy by the council, this will result in 12,000 affordable extra homes by 2040👌🏽
• £123m will be dedicated toward work places, the creation of more rural jobs and support for renewable energy. That includes an expansion of solar panels on rooftops in the south west of England, with the aim of generating enough power for 40,000 homes.
• £20m will go toward environmental schemes and reducing emissions, including the restoration of peatlands and biodiversity on the Duchy of Cornwall.
To accomplish this ambitious vision, the Duchy is consolidating its remaining holdings around five geographic heartlands: Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly, Dartmoor, the Bath area, and Kennington in south London.
Bradninch Estate (Devon) is the estate that will be sold. This sale impact 10 tenants- farming families. And the article from the Observer making rounds, is written around these 10 tenants and that sale👌🏽
So, first of all, let's establish some legal concepts and common sense rules in property law to better appreciate how nonsensical the article is:
• You can live somewhere for generations but unless you OWN the land on which you live, the landlord still has OWNERSHIP. Therefore, the Landlord has the right to sell HIS land if he so choose; therefore Prince William is within his rights to sell the land in Devon🔥
• Every new Duke of Cornwall comes with his own vision and his own plans for the duchy. The role of the Duke of Cornwall is not just to sit there and collect millions, he has to create new strategies and ways to generate money for the duchy and make it more self sufficient. No one is obligated to follow the plans or the vision of the prior Duke; therefore Prince William is Within his rights to have a new strategy and vision for the Duchy🔥
• Under Section 8 of the Renters rights acts framework in England, eviction notices that the landlord must serve to his tenants depend on the specific reasons cited by the landlord.
In case the landlord and his family are moving into the property, selling the property, or in case of mortgage repossession, the Landlord owes the tenants 4 MONTHS NOTICE by law; Prince William gave the 10 tenants 6 MONTHS NOTICE, therefore William is within his rights🔥
It is because William did everything according to the Law, and that the press and critics CANNOT attack him on legality, William FOLLOWS the law. That is why they are manufacturing this fake outrage to attempts to paint him as "heartless", and "pull at heartstrings" when in all actuality, William is using the most human approach possible.
Taking into consideration the fact that these families have worked and lived there for generations,
• Prince William is offering them First Refusal options, meaning that instead of selling the properties to companies, Existing tenants have been given the initial opportunity to buy their homes or farms and own it as theirs, at discounts reflecting their length of tenure and investment👌🏽
He DOES NOT HAVE TO DO THAT. He can simply sell the land to a company, just like his father did as DOC, get the profit and move on.
But William has chosen to take the "feelings" of his tenants into consideration, giving them more time than the legal time allocated, and he is also helping and supporting them along the way.
• Indeesd the duchy reported that curently 9 out of the 10 farming tenants are exploring the purchase of some or all of their holdings already👌🏽
• The Duchy is also contributing towards legal and professional costs and considering how tenants' improvements affect valuations.
Again, William DOES NOT HAVE to help with legal and professional costs. No landlord has to and most landlord do not do that for their tenants🤷🏽♀️
This is the Factual context that the press will not report on, since their goal is to twist reporting to vilify William. They always have to misrepresent stories with William because when FACTS are reported, William always come out shining as a decent human being, and that is why they can never tarnish him👑 1/2

It’s a myth that someone can be a “good parent” while being abusive to their partner.
By default, an abusive partner is an abusive parent.
Someone needs to get that memo to the family courts.

What a courageous woman Sarah Redvers is.
This is the greatest medical scandal of our lifetime.
‘In the financial year 2024-25, WellBN issued hormone prescriptions to close to 1,100 individuals under the age of 25. At least 97 were under 18. That amounted to 15 per cent of all testosterone prescriptions issued for under-18s across the whole of London and the southeast. For 18 to 20-year-olds, the figure was a quarter.’
Thank you @hannahsbee for your consistent scrutiny.

This is a must read article this weekend.
This was yet another appalling failure to protect children. As I said yesterday - how many more wake up calls do we need?
🚨Hilary Cass has called for an independent inquiry into how Brighton GPs were allowed to prescribe cross-sex hormones to children as young as 12.“There urgently needs to be an investigation of why every system that should have protected children, young people, and indeed young adults has failed,” she told me.
The employment tribunal between Dr Sarah Redvers and NHS Sussex has highlighted how regulators and the NHS collectively failed to stop prescribing of puberty blockers and hormones against national guidelines - for years - and how instead the person raising concerns was accused of transphobia and herself investigated.
Dr Redvers sat down with me for her only newspaper interview about her treatment in a scandal which, Cass now says, “dwarfs” that of the Tavistock’s GIDS.
Me for the Sunday Times…

The copper who says she wouldn't report a rape to her own force…
This morning a serving Met detective, DC Linda Williams, went public. She was raped in 2004 by a fellow officer, PC David Carrick, who is now serving life for sexual offences against her and 11 other women. She has waived her right to anonymity to speak.
She sued the Met for failing to protect her. The case took four years. It's now settled for an undisclosed six-figure sum, and the Met hasn't admitted liability. She says the worst part was the commissioner's lawyers questioning how severe her PTSD could be because she'd been raped "only once". The BBC has seen a Met document saying a key factor in valuing her claim was that the "abuse itself was isolated to a single episode".
She's now calling for Sir Mark Rowley to resign. The BBC calls it "an unprecedented move for a serving officer". A detective publicly telling her own commissioner to go.
Here's what's really going on.
1. **"Without acceptance of liability."** This is how most civil claims against police forces end. The force pays out, but no judge ever rules that it failed. It's cheaper than a trial, sets no precedent and leaves no judgment for the next claimant to point to. Lawyers call it routine. To the person on the other end, it reads as "here's your money, and we still say we did nothing wrong."
2. **The "single episode" line.** In a damages claim, the other side argues over what it's worth, and how long the abuse went on is one of the things they weigh. That's the cold mechanics. But it's the commissioner's name on that case. You can't stand up in public saying victims come first while your lawyers run that line in private against one of your own detectives. Somebody senior should have read that document and stopped it before it went out.
3. **Carrick was no secret.** Sky reports he came to police attention nine times between 2000 and 2021, including allegations of rape, domestic violence, harassment and assault. None led to a criminal sanction or a misconduct finding. He passed vetting to join in 2001. He was re-vetted in 2017, years overdue because of backlogs, and passed again. After a rape arrest in July 2021, he wasn't re-vetted at all. Every incident was looked at on its own and closed. Anyone who's done the job knows how that happens: no further action from another force, a word from the line manager, file shut. The pattern only shows up if someone's actually paid to look for it.
4. **The line that should worry everyone.** In the early 2000s she was a rape investigation officer herself. She supported victims through the process, but didn't report her own rape. She says that if it happened tomorrow, she still wouldn't report it to the Met. When the people who know the system best won't use it, that tells you more than any culture-change press release.
**What the press is missing.** The criminal side is done. Hertfordshire Police brought Carrick to justice, and Linda came forward after seeing he'd been charged over another woman. This fight is about how forces treat their own when they're the victim, and whether change at the top reaches the people on the ground. The Met says it tried to reduce her distress and deal with her claims "as quickly and compassionately as possible", and Rowley has asked to meet her again. Both things can be true, and the process can still have failed her.
As someone who wore the uniform, I'll say it plainly. If a victim inside your own building doesn't trust you to handle her case, the job isn't finished.

It is no surprise he is now ignoring women’s boundaries in Australia
This is predatory behaviour & we can all see it
Oh what a surprise ...
Dr Beth Upton - the male doctor at the centre of nurse Sandie Peggie’s tribunal case over using a female changing room at NHS Fife - isn't exactly keeping a low profile after his move to Australia.
The Scottish Mail on Sunday reports that Upton - now known as Lis - reportedly became involved in an incident at Port Macquarie Base Hospital ...

No-one should be scapegoated for raising legitimate concerns about safeguarding concerns within gender care, but that is why so many of us work anonymously.
Dr Redver’s was brave and suffered because she took her safeguarding role as a GP seriously. She has exposed a vicious attempt to silence dissent.
@scotgov, @GOVUK and @NHSEngland it is time our concerns are taken seriously. It is a medical scandal, as is this tribunal.
"It's about medical assessment and treatment of patients, which is something we have to get right, particularly in this complex group of vulnerable patients," she said.
She said she viewed any suggestion of transphobia as "appalling," and it was "dangerous" that such claims were obscuring the medical and safeguarding issues she was raising.
