I admit I’m a bit behind the curve - virgin #cartosound case, LV ectopics of 3 morphologies from PosteroMedial and AnteroLateral Papillary Muscles. Final burn between 2 heads of AL-PM, nice to see on ICE! Thanks to @MatthewMark0908 @MarkHol06283491 for support #EPeeps

So with the help of @AndreaDaveyEP we found a handy new way to use the ventricular pattern matching filter in Confidense. Set it up on the P wave of tachy and presto - instant tachy discrimination for automatic point acquisition #CARTOprime #EPeeps #VISIGO
