10 million Americans can't afford their student loans.
Now Trump wants to hire private debt collectors to seize their wages, Social Security checks and tax refunds.
This is INSANE.
We need tuition-free public college, not a government that punishes people for struggling.
Trump administration officials are preparing to impose financial penalties on millions of Americans in default on their federal student loans next year, according to five sources familiar with the matter.

You don’t always see the load someone’s carrying.
If you’re thinking of reaching out, trust that instinct, it could open the door to a conversation they really need.

Banks used to be known as a place for the personal touch. Now it is pushing out humans, thereby eliminating jobs. Technology does not eliminate mistakes.
NAB made almost $7 billion in profit last year and still wants to axe 2,500 jobs.
To use buzzwords like ‘future fit’ to justify cutting 2,500 people is deeply disappointing and raises serious questions about whether its vision for the future is one powered by Australians or by AI and an offshore workforce.
Banks need to give their staff a genuine voice in this technological transformation instead of subjecting them to an AI dictatorship.

I discussed with President of the Storting @MasudGh and the leaders of all Norwegian political parties the decisions that can support Ukraine now, as Russia strikes our country virtually every hour. In particular, we discussed financial assistance and the shortfall in our defense budget. Alongside support from the European Union, assistance from non-EU countries that support us bilaterally is also important, and Norway is ready to help.
We also discussed the Ukrainian children abducted by Russia and our work to bring them home. Together, we can certainly do more. Thank you!
Norway is among the leaders in assistance to Ukraine. We are very grateful to the parliamentarians, the government and all the people of Norway for such unity around Ukraine and for supporting our people at every level.

When did domestic sovereignty come? The one man who achieved equality and zero student debt was Gough Whitlam. In 1989, thanks to Richard Dawkins, HECS was introduced. It has been a burden on students' financial future ever since
Higher education is financed by increasing student debt and by overseas students, says Bill Shorten. And if higher student debt becomes a disincentive, or if the overseas student market is trashed, he warns we could be damaging national sovereignty. trib.al/2sdYk4P
