.@jamestalarico after Elon Musk sent $158M to support Ken Paxton:
"Big money is powerful. I don't want to sugarcoat that. The richest man in the world is coming after us, but it is nothing compared to people power. Elon wants our land. He's already trying to buy one of our beautiful state parks down in South Texas. He wants our water for these AI data centers. He wants our taxpayer funds like when he ran that crazy DOGE process, and he wants his very own personal United States senator, and that's what he thinks he can get with Ken Paxton."

Can even the Pentagon guarantee its own access to Starshield? An intriguing report here from @RonanFarrow 👇
1/3 Musk ordered last week's slowdown of Starshield, which Ukraine fights on, after talking with Trump, per @WSJ. In '23 the Pentagon signed a contract with SpaceX to “prevent Musk from turning off the switch," per fmr Under Sec of Defense Colin Kahl.

❗️@LeslieMarshall on FOX News @SpecialReport: “It was disgusting to call Putin a humanitarian. It’s wonderful Mr. Hubbard is home, but he was kidnapped, he was tortured for four years and abused under the responsibility of Putin. That is not humanitarian."

Now clear that Putin's diesel deal was merely a Russian reflexive control operation to con Trump into protecting Russia's oil industry, Russia is only sending 40,000 tons of diesel, or roughly 7% of one day of America's 550,000 ton daily consumption. Further, in the time it takes for this Russian ship to make its 3 week journey to the US, the US will have EXPORTED 4.4 million metric tons.
Putin needed air defense, so Trump was given an excuse to tell the American electorate that protecting Russia's oil industry is actually protecting the US.
US gets nothing, Trump then attacks Ukraine, Ukraine loses its ability to destroy the one thing that makes Putin's war possible. Europe gets another decade of war.
Typical Russian Reflexive control operation and Trump is the ultimate moron mark.

A billionaire needed a pardon. His family hired Trump’s former lawyer for 50 million dollars. Two weeks later, he got one.
Julio Herrera Velutini is a Venezuelan banker who was charged with bribing the governor of Puerto Rico and wanted his record wiped clean. His daughter tried a 3.5 million dollar check to a Trump super PAC first.
When that didn’t work, she started a company called Concord Partners. Nobody can say what it does. Its first hire was Alina Habba, Trump’s former personal lawyer. At the time, she was still working at the Justice Department.
Two weeks after she started “working” for Concord, Herrera was pardoned. What a coincidence. Habba says any connection is false and defamatory. I break it all down in today’s show (link in reply).

Unbelievable that I even have to repost this.
Elon Musk now appears to have been thrown firmly under the bus, with Trump openly denying any involvement in the restrictions and Rubio insisting that control over both Starlink and Starshield lies with Musk.
Something Musk himself has denied.
So who actually authorised the restrictions, and why?

it's honestly kind of amazing how Trump holds events like this one at the White House daily and almost every time nobody really knows what the point of them is. Why is this happening? Is there any purpose beyond the optics of looking busy?

Right now, difficult negotiations are underway in pursuit of a lasting peace, which is needed not only by Ukraine.
At this difficult moment, it is essential that all sides take a measured approach, including by realistically assessing the situation and communicating truthful information.
The objective fact is that Dobropillia remains under Ukrainian control, so there can be no talk of Russian forces having “captured” this Ukrainian city.
At the same time, the commander of Russia’s Group of Forces "Center," Colonel General Andrey Ivanayev, is deliberately misinforming the Russian president, intimidating his own subordinates and setting them impossible tasks, demanding that they demonstrate the capture of the Ukrainian city of Dobropillia at any cost, because Ivanayev himself has already reported that it has been captured.
Ukraine’s Defense Forces are holding their positions to protect our state’s interests and our land. No false statements will change reality.

🇺🇸👀 Hillary Clinton:
I continue to believe that Putin has things on Trump. I continue to believe that he is holding photos, videos, whatever it might be.
Fast forward ten years, we are seeing in real time everything that I warned about and everything that evidence proved, which is that Trump is more devoted to Putin than he is to freedom, democracy, and frankly, America's national security.
When we finally see all the Epstein files, I think even the people who supported Trump are going to be shocked by what it shows about Trump.
