Unitree’s new "Guardian" robot can fight off a guy with a knife and patrol areas for 8 hours straight
which is terrible news for criminals, because the biggest thing that stops them from committing crimes is the chance of getting caught
right now in the US only about 13% of burglaries ever get solved
so most burglars are making a pretty safe bet
but if you put a robot on every block that:
> never sleeps
> records everything
> and can physically stop/beat the shit out of you
...then almost no criminals would make that bet anymore
on top of that, if you add the abundance that AI and robotics are likely to create
then far fewer people will even get desperate enough to commit crimes in the first place, because they'll already have enough
there's a good chance that our kids will think about robbery the way we think about guillotine executions

Make the game set in my hometown -- use Google Earth to reconstruct it in pixel-perfect detail.
Make the character me and have my spawn point be in the mansion I always look at on Zillow.
Review my chat memory and make every mission about my hopes and dreams.
Make it playable online so my friends can join.
When you're done, sell all my video games on Ebay and use that money to fund tokens for my next game.
Didn't really get why everyone was mad at mike flanagan because the only thing I knew him for was the haunting of hill house and I liked that, but then I looked it up and he also made that dogshit show where everybody was in bad old age makeup half the time lol
unfortunately when my mom died so too died my chances of ever finding out what she meant by "Ozzy Osbourne was the tarzan of my generation"
