@Uber_Support we're very dissatisfied with an Uber Eats priority order. The driver picked up our food and stopped at another restaurant for 20 minutes. We asked him what was wrong and he goes "oh I'm just picking up another order". Not sure what we're paying priority for.

We contacted chat support and they told us they were unable to do anything and disconnected the chat session. I can provide screenshots if that helps.

I remember when he asked to be called Castroneves and said he wondered if Catherine Zeta-Jones had these problems.
I disagree Tony. Miller/Pruett still regularly criticize IC (see "everything is awesome"). Jenna came across as ignorant.
