Under cross-examination by the defense, the lead investigator revealed that a VHS tape and pages of his report were missing, information that the prosecution team was aware of but had not disclosed to the defense.

The Arlington County Board’s latest action to prohibit Arlington Police from any cooperation with ICE, even regarding violent MS-13 gang members who are illegally here, is dereliction of duty and a betrayal of the oath they swore to protect their constituents. At what point did protecting violent illegal immigrants become more important than protecting your constituents.
The Virginia Homeland Security Task Force has been working in Arlington County, catching and arresting violent criminals, including MS-13 gang members. That will continue - unabated - in Arlington and around the Commonwealth.

Wait, what? #faniwillis wants the public to fund her legal fees to sue the county commissioners for daring to check her budget after she refused to be subject to an audit and told the county that she didn’t have to answer to them as a constitutional officer? There is no way else to explain how a person can get out (probation) if they give the state what it wants (a conviction) but they are too “dangerous” for a bond when the state gets nothing out of a bond (and the person is more able to fight the case while on bond). Just another injustice throughout our system of “justice” that is only interested in closing cases with convictions to show stats during an election.
7 days before the election and potential plea deals are going to happen after not allowing these defendants to see the light of day for 3 years!! So why now? I have one guess: November 5th. Now, I don’t have any idea if any pleas are coming but let’s put things in perspective: These defendants are in jail in conditions worse than most third world countries jails, we have seen the first judge get away with completely ignoring the law without any actual consequence, we have seen a lawyer locked up for doing his job, we have seen repeated violations of basic concepts of fairness and due process at the hands of the prosecution. If those same prosecutors say “we will let you walk free today, or else you can stay in jail without bond and we will continue to trample your rights without any immediate recourse”, who would be able to walk away from that?

Nathan Wade’s Judiciary Committee deposition is a total disaster for Fulton County!
He admitted he had no relevant experience for the Special Prosecutor role and had to attend trainings to gain relevant subject matter expertise.
Wade also confirmed he had several meetings with Biden-Harris White House officials & Jan 6 Committee officials.
