π¨ HOLY CRAP. Gov. Gavin Newsom just moved to commute California's ENTIRE death row, all 548 death sentences are being shifted to LIFE without parole
That covers some of the most heinous killers in state history βΌοΈ
Newsom says it's all about "California values"
The State Supreme Court will need to review his decision.
This is absolutely INSANE. Capital punishment is a deterrent for criminals and we should be leaning IN to it for the worst crimes, not backing away!

We're in a new era of communication, and only one side seems to be living in it. The old guard consultant class is about to be relegated to the dustbin of history.
If you think that high prices lost the election for the right, you don't understand marketing. Humans have no problem paying a premium for a good quality brand. Notice the word "brand", not "product". Are Nikes better than New Balance? Nope. But the brand is better. And notice what happened when they tinkered with the brand and screwed their core narrative? Nike stock fell through the basement. Did the product change? Nope. The brand did.
It's not the product, it's the brand. Results don't sell the product, the storytelling does. Will these newly-elected commies lower prices? Of course not. Are they gonna get you free healthcare? No, your insurance is gonna get even worse, just like it did the last time they tried socialized medicine. They're not going to do anything they've sold you, but...like Saul Goodman said: if you're committed enough, you can make any story work.
The committed storytelling of a couple insane podcasters was enough to fracture an entire political coalition from their own side in less than 2 years...they have zero power, zero credibility, they've never actually governed anything nor produced any results, but...they're good storytellers, and that's all that matters. Are they telling a good story? No, it's atrocious, but they're telling their atrocious story effectively and compellingly.
It is 100% true that everything's too damn expensive, and we all know that inflated prices are always sticky. Does anyone know that it's entirely the result of shutting down the global economy over the flu and (both naive republicans and democrats) printing infinity dollars for several years? Nope...because nobody has effectively told that story, and it's an unsexy story to tell. "Free stuff!" is a VERY easy story to tell, and when everyone's gotta take out a second mortgage just to pay their insurance premiums, "free healthcare" is an unbeatable story. It doesn't matter that "free healthcare" doesn't exist and socialized medicine is a terrible product...it's not the product, it's the brand. And "FREE!" is a great brand.
You can't get mad at people for having the financial literacy of a 9 year old. I mean, you can, but they outnumber you a million to one, so it's not going to be productive. You need to figure out how to make an unsexy story sexy, or else the "free stuff!" crowd is going to eat your lunch every time. If you give people a choice between earning a six pack on a treadmill or taking Ozempic, they're gonna choose Ozempic...they don't care about the side effects. If you give people a choice between fiscal discipline or free stuff...guess what they'll pick? They don't care about the side effects.
With projected growth of 5%, the economy right now is stronger than it's been in generations. Is that the story you hear? Nope. Is that the vibe you feel? Absolutely not, especially when every time you fill up your gas tank, it feels like a diesel enema.
It's not the product, it's the brand. A great product can fall into oblivion with bad messaging...a single bad review from one effective storyteller can tank a restaurant. The "influencer economy" is lucrative for a reason; everybody inherently understands the importance of effective storytelling...except the right. Zohran Mamdani gets it...he has an army of influencers on staff. In a perfect metaphor of this transitional phase of old guard vs new wave political messaging, Zohran nuked the Vice President into oblivion with maybe the biggest ratio in the history of the internet. By simply posting the subway assistant meme, Mamdani got 2 MILLION likes, quoting a post from the VP that had only 10K likes. If you're reading that sentence thinking "this is fucking ridiculous, you're talking about social media likes as political analysis now?"...you are the problem.
Yes, this stuff matters. Rizz matters. The President did a masterful job of this kind of retail politics in his historic 2024 campaign...you can be angry that this is what politics has been reduced to, but you can either adapt or die.
"No the problem is, you didn't deliver enough for the American people!" Are you a moron? Since when does anybody care about that? What have democrats delivered for Californians in the last 20 years? Unmitigated wildfires, homeless drug zombies everywhere, roads that look like Fallujah in 2004...people don't care about results. They think they care about results. That want you to believe they care about results, just as Nike wants you to believe their shoes are better than New Balance...but at the end of the day, all people really care about is the swoosh.
Adapt or die.
Guys, I hate to break it to you, but most political advisors are so bafflingly incompetent, it would make your head spin. All the talented communicators go work in Hollywood or at Saatchi and Saatchi, and these political bros never tap these agencies for help...I've connected several campaigns with literally the best marketing geniuses in the game, got them discounted rates, even...and they just never even bothered calling. It truly feels like a lot of consultants and candidates just want to lose.
You ever wonder how my ads went so massively viral, but there's not been a single candidate who's come close to it? It's their dumbass advisors. I didn't go with any political advisors, and they were SO mad about it. I partnered with a filmmaker and marketing wizard, instead of political grifters. Why? Because I wanted our messaging to be effective. Political ads suck. Nobody watches them. I wanted people to want to watch my ads. The fact that nobody else understands this is...I honestly don't know how to explain it, other than they want to lose.
There are a bunch of candidates who love it when their party loses power. It takes all the heat off them, because then they can't be expected to pass legislation when they're in the minority, plus they can fundraise way better off of the rage when the opposition is running roughshod over the country. Baffling to watch.

Yesterday the NYT published a list of what was alleged to be over 500 Michigan βJewish leadersβ supporting El-Sayed. The point of doing so was to paint a narrative that he has strong Jewish support in MI.
But did the NYT do any vetting to the list?
A quick skim and you notice it includes names like βJack Mehoffβ. I happen to know that one of the names is someone deceased. A majority of the signatories donβt even use their full names, just a last initial, so itβs impossible to confirm these are even real people or Jewish.
Why would they publish a story about a completely unreliable list with random names on a google sheet? Because the point was the narrative.

Lifelong Democrat says heβs horrified with what heβs seeing in the current Democrat Party βIβm not exaggerating, I study history, it reminds me of 1930s Germanyβ
βI used to consider myself a lifelong Democrat. I'm a card-carrying hippie, an environmentalist. I've lived with trees and redwood trees to do forest protection. I care about the world. I care about minority rights. I just want to say publicly though, that the course that the Democratic Party is taking right now β commercials coming out of Michigan and and just the movement in general β I would like to publicly say, like, I renounce my standing with the Democratic Party.β
βI'm so disappointed and disgusted with the dangerous turn the Democratic Party's taking. It reminds me, and I'm not exaggerating, I study history, it reminds me of 1930s Germany.
I don't get it β I feel like the party's been infiltrated by, I'd say demonic β the Free Palestine movement, in my opinion, is a Trojan horse. It's not about freeing Palestine. It's not about freedoms β it's about Islamic expansionismβ
βItβs been a curse everywhere that flag shows up. Look at Paris today. It's a curse. Look at those college campuses and the college minds. It's a curse wherever it goes β I just want to publicly renounce my affiliation β I just want to say publicly I'm not a Democratβ

Please listen to this man. He is an immigrant from Iran now living in New York and heβs begging Americans to Vote Red during midterms. He says America is being taken over like Iran was
βIn my country, in Iran β when we go to school, we had to walk over American flag. That's how we were brainwashed. Walk over American flag and stay in the courtyard and the principal says, Death to America. We had to say death to America 10 times
This is how we start our life in Iran. So I see it in New York City, it's same thing happening now under Zohran Mamdani, the mayor. People bring US flag to burn it and say death to America, which is Maghbar America in Arabic and in Farsi.
β Like, why do we let this happen in New York City, the most beautiful city in the world that people would die to be here for just one day to experience it? Do you know why? Because Zohran Mamdani is Democrat
Mamdani is running the office and he's not loving this country β He's here for Muslim Brotherhood. He wants to bring the Sharia law to United States, and Democrats, they allow him to do thatβ
βSo me, who've been in Middle East, Vote Red and Vote Republican, I want to stop that here right now. I don't want to spread in other states or in other cities. I think it's my duty to be here β I guess it's my mission to protect America. My kids, your kids. So think about it.
Tell your neighbors, tell your family, Vote Red is very importantβ
Everyone has to vote Red to stop the Islamic takeover of America
We will all be living under Sharia Law if we donβt stop Democrats. People need to understand how serious this is

My mind is blown
The first thing Ilhan Omar did after getting elected to Congress was write a letter to a judge asking for leniency instead of prison for 9 Somalis here in the United States accused of trying to join ISIS
Even the mainstream media reported it at the time as suspicious
She actually wrote this in her letter,
βPeople seek violent solutions when the process established for enacting change is inaccessible to them.β
She is writing this about people in America literally trying to join the terrorist group ISIS, who literally fight against and kill Americans
She even wrote in the letter she wanted these Somali terrorists in her community
She wrote βI believe you can be rehabilitated. I want you to become part of my community. Together we will thrive.β
Get all these people and Ilhan Omar out of America. Deport them all while we still can
Luckily the judge didnβt listen to Ilhan Omar and called them a βterrorist cellβ in America
In 2016 the nine Somali men from the were convicted in federal court for conspiring to join ISIS in Syria

I warned you they would destroy your history. They do not love your country. They do not share your values. Communists are not normal. They are not democrats. They're not liberals. HOLY CR*P π¨ Abdul El-Sayed wrote a letter to the Muslim Brotherhood leadership in Egypt telling them to purge the police and the media
Not only that:
βLiterally the family is Muslim Brotherhood. The father-in-law is Muslim Brotherhood.
Barack Obama put the sister-in-law on a terror watchlist in 2016. The mother was part of an organization that was shut down for funding terrorist organizations. The man wrote a letter to the Muslim Brotherhood leadership in Egypt telling them to purge the police and the mediaβ
Abdul El-Sayed is literally a Trojan horse for the Islamic takeover of America
I looked it up and the letter is true,
In November 2012, published Nov. 25 on the Egyptian site Al-Ahram Gate, 46 people identifying as βleaders of the Egyptian communityβ in the US signed a statement supporting Mohamed Morsi who was the newly elected Egyptian president and a longtime Muslim Brotherhood figure
The 33rd signature was listed as βDr. Abdul Rahman El-Sayedβ of New York. This is Abdul El-Sayed. The New York Times has confirmed he signed it while in medical school
In the months that followed Egyptian authorities pursued journalists on charges including βinsulting Islamβ and βinsulting the president.β
Again, HOLY CR*P
But it gets even darker, several of the people who signed that letter have been confirmed to have donated to Abdul El-Sayed campaign for Senator
Abdul El-Sayed must not be elected
