$SPCX just printed its first solidly profitable quarter as a public company. Revenue came in at $14.58B, up 161% from a year ago. EPS was $0.35 against $0.14 expected. Super Intelligence did $7.56B of that. Starlink did $5.25B, Space did $1.77B. Capex was still $19.59B, more than the quarter brought in.

$ORCL The financing question got a new answer tonight. The Wall Street Journal reports Oracle is in talks with Apollo and Goldman Sachs to fund a large chip purchase. The same piece has Broadcom arranging more than 50 billion dollars in private financing for the custom AI chip it is building with OpenAI. Apollo and Blackstone are among the lenders approached. Talks are early, and the Journal says the deal could close before year end. The Journal's context: cloud providers financed hardware from cash flow for years, then issued hundreds of billions in bonds, pushing the public debt market to its limits. Now the buyers are turning to private credit. A week ago, Tencent's 30 percent upfront payment on its Oracle cloud deal answered part of the funding question with someone else's money. Tonight's version is someone else's debt. Oracle closed down 0.8 percent at 143.56, then ticked up about 0.3 percent after hours.

Far and away the best way to play the coming nuclear energy renaissance. It’s not the utilities trading at premium multiples already. $CEG $VST $TLN Nor is it the speculative reactor plays like $OKLO or uranium like $LEU. It’s the one equipment maker they all need:
Nuclear energy will be paramount in meeting roaring energy demand, especially as we look towards a sustainable future. Our latest investment is an under followed small cap that runs a near monopoly in equipment required in all nuclear facilities: kryptonresearch.substack.com…

$GOOG + $CEG nearing $1B nuclear power deal… Nuclear energy is here, we own the monopoly that is required in every nuclear facility… (full thesis below) - Not $LEU - Not any name mentioned on fintwit - More asymmetric than $VST $OKLO, etc…

Oil up yields up stocks up is hurting peoples' brains But it's simply not true While the index is up, the median S&P stock is nearly in a bear market Thus stocks are indeed inversely correlated with yields. So why not long stocks on elevated yields? If yields fall, stocks rip

If you’re long $NOK at 25x 2027 earnings and still see upside ahead, it’s probably worth taking a look at our top holding which trades in single digit multiples for 2027 and beats Nokia in networks in many different places. Hyperscaler and robotics contracts stacking up:
Imagine a company with: - The technology that’s required to enable physical AI and bring AI to our world, not just sitting on server racks in a data center. - Contracted with top hyperscaler(s). - Growing EPS 25%. - Leader in its space, yet trades at 10x fwd earnings compared to a 22x average. - Zero mentions on any social platform. - $4B market cap with 150% upside. Those are the characteristics of our top holding. Full thesis and ticker: kryptonresearch.substack.com…

All of a sudden after $META Muse everyone wants to own CPUs. That’s why following the right people matters, because we identified this trade 9+ months ago with $ARM at $100 while no one wanted it. There’s still good investments though, our top chip thesis linked in replies.
$ARM Not many want to talk about this one, just us with notable coverage. We hammered $MU in the $100s last summer. ARM is about to go on a Memory-like run when everyone realizes the massive CPU wave that’s coming. Jensen told you this already at GTC: “We never thought we would be selling CPUs standalone. We are selling a lot of CPU standalone. This is already for sure going to be a multi-billion dollar business for us.” x86 is dead, ARM and $NVDA have proven to be the leaders with Vera and no ones close. Now we have Arm Everywhere event coming on Tuesday, where we expect custom chip designs, a massive high margin unit coming for the business on top of a step change in royalty rates with Armv9. This stock looks expensive, semis always do at cycle bottoms. The amount of high margin revenue growth ahead could blow away even the most bullish analysts like us. Full expanded thesis from our $110 initiation in replies.

A rate hike would be the biggest policy error since 2021’s “transitory” pause. The FOMC is bound to make a mistake as credibility pressure mounts. Equity Investors and Average Americans will be the ones to get hit the hardest. $SPY $QQQ

Dario has written that we need to “pace the frontier,” and Sam has agreed. People may be surprised by my response: go ahead. You guys are the frontier. By any reasonable metric — market share, revenue growth, model capability — the two of you have a duopoly on frontier intelligence. You’ve also claimed the lead is widening because of recursive self-improvement. I don’t see what you see in the lab. If the unreleased models are scary enough that you think you should slow down, I support your decision to be responsible. But stop pretending you need anyone else’s permission. Stop pretending antitrust law has to be suspended so you can form a cartel. Stop pretending you need a regulatory approval process that supersedes product liability. Stop pretending METR is independent when it is intertwined with Anthropic’s investors and staff. Stop pretending you need those same evaluators to police competitors who aren’t even at the frontier. Most of all, stop pretending the motivation to slow down is purely altruistic. You face massive product-liability exposure if your products enable a truly damaging cyberattack. The market already punishes models that behave in unpredictable or unauthorized ways. After the Hugging Face episode, it is simply good business for OpenAI and Anthropic to trade some raw power for reliability and predictability. Call it alignment if you want. It is also just giving customers what they want. Pacing the frontier would also create breathing room for a more intelligent conversation about regulation than Bernie Sanders’ “shut it all down.” China is very unlikely to join a global agreement, as you know, and that has to be taken into account as well. So go ahead and pace the frontier. You are the ones setting it. The easiest way not to build superintelligence is for you to agree not to build it. Demanding your preferred regulatory framework as the price of that will look like blackmail of the public and the political system. So just do it. If you do, you’ll buy goodwill for the next conversation. If you don’t, we’ll know this was just another bid for regulatory capture — or an election-season psyop.

$ORCL Good point to see why I took the trade I did instead of long calls. Stock is up ~4%, most calls will be crushed given the high IV, while I get to collect my profit as a product of that IV crush (and + movement of course)
Long $ORCL here (via short $145p @$3.75) Free vol kill at the least here, loving this dip.
