@LChaffringeon observed emergence of resistance to one E. coli phage in vitro, but not in vivo. Using RNA-seq, shows modulation of bacterial gene expression by the gut environment, influencing phage infection (e.g. ⬇️-regulation of O-antigen decreases phage adsorption) #vom2022
