Convocation votes for a mandatory minimum wage. 25 in favour of the mandatory minimum. 24 against. The STOPSOP slate was united against having a mandatory minimum. I am relieved. But it shouldn’t have been this close.

The 2022-2023 licensing examinations cycle update is focused on allowing candidates to proceed with licensure as quickly as possible & in a defensible manner. The 4 week shift is necessary to put a logistical plan into place to deliver in-person examinations across the province.
