One thing new calls, junior and senior associates, partners and founders all certainly have in common: they were all law students. Law students are the future of the profession. Does it not make sense for law students to be involved in the profession’s governance?
The LSSO encourages all alumni members who are new calls to vote in the upcoming 2023 LSO Bencher Election. These elections greatly impact law students.

Replying to @LSSOnt
I initially took an unpaid position just so I could start my articles. I lasted one month before desperately finding a paid position through a family friend. I had that luxury. Many don’t. The unpaid position was miserable. I was treated in a manner commensurate with my pay. 👎🏼
