We analyzed cryo-ET dataset EMPIAR-11830 (@AbhayKot) and achieved in situ nucleosome reconstruction at 6.7 Å resolution, revealing clear DNA and histone density. Many more cryo-ET findings from @LabHalic are on the way. #CryoET #TEAMTOMO.

In our latest work, we describe a new mode of transcriptional silencing that is regulated by the Ccr4-Not complex. Great collaboration with @StefanCanzar. biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…

The flexible part of only ~30kDa was isolated from a large complex and refined from undefined blob to sub 4 A. Not bad for #cryo-EM.
