THIS IS SHOCKING Jay Valentine is perhaps the top AI technology expert in the world. He says we do not need industrial, hyper-scale data centers and they will be an economic and environmental disaster. They will do huge damage to our citizens. There is existing technology in use NOW that is vastly preferable for every reason at 1/10 of the cost. I strongly recommend your taking the time to listen to this episode of TSOF. Data centers are the biggest government- corporate grift in Louisiana history, with our government committing massive economic, political, environmental, and constitutional malpractice. Angry yet? #jayvalentine #DataCenter #NDA @LAGovJeffLandry #LizMurrill #lalegis facebook.com/share/v/19bBNoH…

In many states, including but not limited to Alabama and Mississippi, it is illegal for PSC candidates to receive money from the utility companies they are charged with regulating. Should it be illegal in Louisiana? #utilities #louisiana #stephaniehilferty #conflictofinterest

🚨 This needs more attention. Poll Watcher in New York City says she was removed before the ballots were sealed. She says election officials kicked out all the poll watchers, even called to have them removed. They would not seal the ballots and wouldn’t close the voting machines “Something very sketchy happened while I was poll watching in the Bronx. I was closing a location, and at first I thought everything was fine. I had checked the numbers, and the number of voters who signed in matched the number of ballots scanned — I was just really pleased and getting ready to go home. And then I noticed something really weird. Which was that all of the poll workers were checking out and going home and the voting machines were still open. They were unlocked, unsealed, and the ballots hadn't been taken out yet. Now, this is very strange. I've been poll watching in New York City since 2021, and I've never seen that happen. The procedure is that every voting machine has a poll worker assigned to it, and at the end of the night, each individual poll worker closes down their voting machine, seals it, and takes the ballots out and seals the ballots. And the ballots and the voting machines were totally unsealed. So I just sat down and waited to see them take the ballots out and seal them. And then the coordinator started getting really like antsy and nervous, and they were like, you're all done, you got your numbers, you can go. And they actually got on the phone and called the deputy chief clerk who told me that I had to leave. And I said, no, I'm a poll watcher. I'm supposed to stay until the ballots are sealed and the police pick them up — They finally took the ballots out of the machine and put them in bags on the floor. And I said, they're not sealed. And then they got the seals out and they put the seals on. I said, can I see the seal numbers? They said no. I said, did you check the seal number on the paperwork and initial it? She said yes. I said, can I see it? She said no” “A guy named Charles, to close down the voting machines by himself. And I said, the voting machines aren't sealed. And he said, I'm sealing them, but he wasn't” This means after all the poll watchers leave, Democrats could easily introduce any additional ballots they wanted to and also change the ballots in there In New York the law says poll watchers are specifically authorized to observe the unlocking, examination and related sealing steps for voting machines and ballot boxes It’s 2020 all over again. This will keep happening because no one ever gets held accountable for stealing our elections We need federal intervention. Everyone involved should be going to prison

Now we understand the rush and the secrecy. Louisiana. If you’re remotely interested and why there is such a mad rush to build so many data centers, why they cleared the path, why they had to have NDA’s, listen to this podcast. @LAGovJeffLandry ? @jbletlow ? xitter.cf/i/broadcasts/1yKAPwjmo…
The Uniparty robs you blind and forces you to pay for data centers. Imagine having US taxpayers pay the start up costs for your multi billion dollar business. We have no Representation in Government.

BREAKING: One clerk sued. Now a Michigan court has ordered November 3 electronic pollbooks preserved statewide. 1) Sec. of State Jocelyn Benson’s deletion rule is on hold while the case proceeds. 2) Statewide: Benson and her co-defendants must instruct every local election official to retain the November 3 electronic pollbooks. 3) Deletion Rule Paused: The court bars enforcement of Rule 168.48 pending resolution of the case. 4) Election Clerks Started It: Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer brought the lawsuit. With election clerk @SScott4USA being first in challenging Benson head on! 5) And election clerk @ShellyLake13 in another Michigan lawsuit right now batting down the corrupt @JocelynBenson and extremely corrupt Jonathan Brater of the MI Bureau of Elections. 6) The RNC and Michigan Republican Party later joined. 7) The Case Continues: This order requires preservation while the court decides the merits. Election Clerks. Lawsuits. BREAKING: A MICHIGAN COURT JUST ORDERED BENSON TO TELL EVERY CLERK IN THE STATE TO KEEP THE NOVEMBER 3 POLL BOOKS. The Court's words to Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Secretary of State: "Defendants are directed to instruct all local election officials to retain the EPBs from the November 3 General Election." And Benson's deletion rule? "Defendants are precluded from enforcing Rule 168.48 pending the resolution of this matter." Benson's rule: DELETE the poll book files 7 days after the election is certified. Federal law: KEEP election records 22 months. One township clerk asked which law to follow. Nobody answered. So Michelle McQueer sued. In August, the Court protected her file, the ONLY one known to still exist, and barred enforcing the rule against her. Today it extended that protection to EVERY clerk in Michigan, on an additional request from the RNC and Michigan Republican Party, who joined her case this month. Glad to have them in the fight. Along the way, @TheJusticeDept and the @CivilRights division told the Court the Secretary "remains ultimately responsible" for preserving poll book data. And Benson's own data manager swore the list each precinct downloaded for Election Day "need not be uploaded." Reconstruction is not preservation. This isn't the final ruling. But no November poll book gets deleted while the judge decides. That's all one clerk asked for. ONE CLERK. ONE QUESTION. EVERY NOVEMBER POLL BOOK SAVED. The Order: tinyurl.com/PollbookStatewid… McQueer v Benson, Court of Claims No. 26-000172-MZ Let's make Michigan safe, normal, and responsible again! 🇺🇸 @MIGOP @MI_Republicans @Th_Midwesterner @MINewsSource @stevegrubershow @MrJustinBarclay @JonathanTurley @RobGouveiaEsq @downi75 @Mike_Cox @MrAustinPredict @gatewaypundit @honestpollster @mifairelections @dcexaminer @MZHemingway @jsolomonReports @HarmeetKDhillon

The Case Against Electronic Voting Systems The machines in your county cannot prove they counted your ballot correctly. CISA confirmed nine vulnerabilities in the Dominion ImageCast X. Code can be installed. Ballots can be printed without authorization. Logs can self-attest. Certification rules freeze the fixes so the same systems stay in place. These electronic voting systems are still sitting in counties across America. The people who live there have no way to watch the count or verify the result. Neighbors. Parents. Volunteers. The people who show up are the ones who change this. Demand hand-counted paper ballots counted in public in your county. Get the facts. Take them to your local officials. Stephanie Hilferty opens her ad telling us she gets it. Utility bills have skyrocketed, and we deserve to know where every penny goes. She goes on to say, we deserve accountability and transparency. DOES she does get it? If she gets it, why did she vote FOR a substantial pay raise plus a $3,500 monthly stipend for statewide elected officials, HB 1201 (2026), while she FAILED to support the bill that would have stopped data centers and trillion-dollar companies from offloading their infrastructure costs onto Louisiana ratepayers, HB 922 (2026)? In a state where roughly 1 in 5 people live in poverty and about 1 in 4 children live in poverty, that matters. Meta alone is worth well over a trillion dollars. Families already taking payday loans to feed their kids shouldn’t be forced to subsidize it. Hilferty says she’s for transparency, but Voted FOR allowing government officials to hide the details of economic development projects from the public. HB 461 (2024) We can answer the question about where some of those utility pennies went. Close to half of her campaign funds came from the utility companies she would be regulating. $137,000 total, including about $28,000 from Entergy, $23,000 from Delta Utilities, and $18,150 from Cleco. Most states have laws that ban this practice. Is anyone surprised that Louisiana does not? She tries to be relatable by showing us she’s a busy mom. What mother casts the deciding vote against banning sexually inappropriate material in schools? (HB 466, 2023) Or Voted AGAINST allowing civil lawsuits by employees and students provably injured by an experimental vaccine they were forced to take. HB 87 (2025) And Voted AGAINST prohibiting biological male students from competing in female sporting events. HB 542 (2021) Voted AGAINST banning the Marxist Critical Race Theory in public schools. HB 564 (2021) In eight years, her one contribution to her constituents, was a bill that lets ratepayers appeal a water bill after they’ve already been overcharged. Excuse me if we aren’t excited about that. Why weren’t they able to appeal before? And why not pass a law that actually fines the utility company when it’s caught overcharging? She has been in the way of nearly every issue that had Republicans’ hair on fire for years. She refused to sign the Seabaugh Petition to rescind Gov. Edwards’ COVID lockdown (2020). She voted AGAINST the ban on geo-engineering (HB 608, 2025), the right to breathe clean air without deliberate pollution of the water and soil. And she voted against property rights on multiple carbon capture and sequestration bills: • HB 10 (2023), AGAINST banning the seizure of private property by private corporations for CCS pipelines and injection wells. • HB 454 (2023), AGAINST giving local parishes the right to decide whether to allow CCS projects in their jurisdiction. • HB 267 (2023), AGAINST a 10-year ban on CCS pipelines and injection wells on Lake Maurepas. • SB 75 (2025), AGAINST protecting property owners forced to surrender their land for CCS. And her absent votes should be noted too, she was ABSENT for the vote to prohibit discrimination against citizens based upon their medical choices. (Whether or not someone chooses not to get a vaccine) HB 1041 (2026) ABSENT for the vote to allow members of local governing boards to be employed by companies with a contractual or financial relationship with the board. HB 210 (2026) ABSENT for the vote to raise fees for government services provided by the Secretary of State. HB 908 (2025)  That’s the pattern. She says she gets it. Her record says she doesn’t. One candidate has eight years of doing the opposite of what she says she’ll do if she’s elected to the PSC. The other has engineering expertise, a documented $1 billion ratepayer savings analysis, real solutions, and takes nothing from the companies he’d regulate. Vote Chris Justin. District 1. November 3rd. Louisiana’s bills depend on it.

Believe it or not, we aren’t perfect, and accuracy is always our goal. CORRECTION ON HB 1201: In a recent highlight of Representative Stephanie Hilferty’s voting record, we incorrectly stated that she voted in favor of the original version of HB 1201, concerning pay raises for statewide elected officials. Representative Hilferty actually voted AGAINST the bill. While fairness and accuracy demand that we set the record straight, this correction does not change our overall assessment of her legislative record. Even with this vote corrected, her voting record remains abysmal, though we can give her an F+. Accuracy matters, and when we make an error, fairness demands we correct the record.
