We've played 9 games. 0 goals scored before the 30th minute. As much as we attack the players, that shows Carrick himself doesn't have them fired up before games. Even Amorim grasped d concept of starting fast. Carricks issue (and why he's never succeed) is he's too laid back.

Bro if we give Yoro, Heaven, Amass, Lacey and Armer the same amount of chances we are giving Maguire and Martinez, we would be in the same spot but with better future.. I am not blaming Carrick to today’s result but over the course of the season, he has lacked the balls needed to switch things up.
