We were taught that Earth orbits the Sun in a closed circle. In reality, Earth has never returned to the same point in space once in 4.5 billion years. Right now, the Sun is carrying Earth and every planet around the center of the Milky Way at 230 km/s (828,000 km/h), more than 18,000 kilometers every 80 seconds. Because the Solar System is tilted 60.2° to the galactic plane and bobs up and down through the galactic disc roughly every 30 million years, the planets trace open 3D corkscrew helices across deep space rather than flat loops. The last time the Sun stood where it stands today, one Galactic Year (230 million years) ago, the very first dinosaurs were only beginning to appear on Earth. Since forming 4.6 billion years ago, our Sun has completed only 20 laps.

For an extra dose of perspective... Go back just 33 generations, approximately 1,000 years, and your family tree contains a staggering 8,589,934,592 ancestral positions. That’s over 8.5 BILLION! Yet the entire human population at the time was estimated to be only a few hundred million. This is possible through a phenomenon known as pedigree collapse, in which the same ancestors appear repeatedly across different branches of our family trees. Our genealogies are far more interconnected than we might imagine, and mathematical models of human ancestry suggest that everyone alive today may share common ancestors who lived only a few thousand years ago. We are each a compilation of journeys, celebrations, losses, joy, pain, wisdom, and truth transpiring through the genetic code and the template of our soul. Consider the countless lives, encounters, choices, and seemingly impossible coincidences that had to unfold in precisely the right ways for YOU to exist. Every generation before us represents an extraordinary continuity of life, extending through centuries of human experience and ultimately connecting us to a much larger story of existence. Life enables us to one-up our ancestors through the lessons carefully programmed for our expansion, but we are more than an extension of family roots. We are an energetic investment of the cosmos! Why would a higher intelligence bestow us with the opportunity to be here if we didn’t have a certain purpose? At minimum, we can be grateful for the rarity of life and the confluence of factors that got us here. Maybe the greatest miracle is that, after everything it took for us to arrive here, we have the opportunity to consciously determine what we contribute to the generations yet to come…

We are literally doomed American High School English Teacher reads real responses from her student’s assignment after reading The Great Gatsby We have a serious education issue in America and if we don’t address it, we have a horrible future ahead of us These kind of responses are to be expected because 12th grade reading results in 2024 in America showed that reading levels right now the lowest they’ve ever been since the assessment began in 1992

The three giant maple trees in my Michigan yard dropped ten thousand orange leaves overnight. On Sunday morning, I walked outside with a bamboo rake and a roll of brown paper lawn bags, ready to spend four quiet hours raking my grass in peace. I had filled half of one paper bag when a sound like a low-flying World War II fighter plane echoed from across the street. My neighbor Dale, whom the neighborhood calls Two-Cycle Dale because he refuses to own anything with a battery, walked across the asphalt wearing yellow ear defenders and a Stihl backpack leaf blower the size of a jet pack. "That rake is gonna take you till Thanksgiving, chief!" Two-Cycle Dale shouted at ninety decibels because his ear protection was still on. Before I could answer, a second engine roared to life next door. My other neighbor, a retired fire captain named Hose-Line Hank, marched across the property line carrying a Husqvarna blower in one hand and a plastic gas can in the other. "We pushing it to the curb or mulching it with the mower?" Hose-Line Hank yelled over the twin engines. "Curb! Township vacuum truck comes Tuesday!" Two-Cycle Dale yelled back. "Take the left flank by the bushes!" Hose-Line Hank ordered, pointing his black nozzle toward my porch. "What should I do?" I asked, holding my bamboo rake with both hands. "Hold the paper bag open for the wet ones under the gutter!" Two-Cycle Dale shouted. What followed was not yard work. It was a coordinated artillery campaign against nature. Two-Cycle Dale advanced down the driveway in a sweeping arc, creating a four-foot wall of tumbling orange leaves. Hose-Line Hank cut off their escape route along the fence line with surgical precision, driving the entire autumn harvest toward the street in seven minutes flat. A third neighbor, a man named Carburetor Kenny who was walking his beagle, stopped on the sidewalk to supervise and point out missed pockets of leaves behind my mailbox. When the grass was spotless, both men clicked their kill switches at the exact same second. The sudden silence felt like the end of a battle. "You boys need to adjust the idle screw on that Husqvarna, Hank, she's running a little rich," Carburetor Kenny said from the sidewalk. "She's running eighty-nine octane ethanol-free, Kenny, mind your business," Hose-Line Hank said cheerfully. "Thank you all," I said, looking at the six-foot mountain of leaves lined up neatly along the curb. "Buy yourself a backpack unit before December, samurai," Two-Cycle Dale said, lifting one ear cup. "Works on light snow too." I went to the hardware store that afternoon and bought a gas backpack blower. I have not pressed the primer bulb yet, because I know the second it coughs, three men will appear on my lawn to tune my carburetor.

DSA candidate Tim Denson tries to sell the crowd on “democratizing the workplace” and says Walmart should belong to the workers. Big mistake. The guy 6 ft away from him grew up in Venezuela. And he’s heard this communist fairy tale before. DANIEL DI MARTINO: “So you want to take it [Walmart] from its owners and have the workers do what?” TIM DENSON: “I want the workers to own it and get paid better and have better benefits and be able to provide better lives for their families.” DI MARTINO: “We can buy shares in Walmart right now. In fact, all of the SpaceX workers became millionaires overnight.” “You can start a workers’ cooperative right now. It’s legal, but under a socialist country, you’re not allowed to own your own property and start your own private corporation.” Denson tried to refute Di Martino’s point. Then Di Martino dropped this line on him: DI MARTINO: “It’s very easy to be a socialist in a capitalist country. It’s illegal to be a capitalist in a socialist country. That is the difference.” [audience applause] Then it got personal: DI MARTINO: “When I had to go to the grocery store, Tim, I had to put my fingerprint in a scanning machine so that they would tell me what I was allowed to purchase.” “And I could only go Mondays and Saturdays because we have to ration food, because that’s what happens when there’s no profit motive and the farmers, their food is confiscated because they had to sell it to the government and everybody else at the price the government tells the farmers.” “My mom made chocolate bonbons for parties.” “Well, people have a right to chocolate, so we had a price control on chocolate.” “So my mom had to buy counterfeit chocolate, put it in black bags as if we were cocaine drug dealers. That’s what socialism was in Venezuela. That’s what worker ownership of the means of production is.” “Where has it ever worked?” Denson had no answer. Because there isn’t one.

Lifelong Democrat says he’s horrified with what he’s seeing in the current Democrat Party “I’m not exaggerating, I study history, it reminds me of 1930s Germany” “I used to consider myself a lifelong Democrat. I'm a card-carrying hippie, an environmentalist. I've lived with trees and redwood trees to do forest protection. I care about the world. I care about minority rights. I just want to say publicly though, that the course that the Democratic Party is taking right now — commercials coming out of Michigan and and just the movement in general — I would like to publicly say, like, I renounce my standing with the Democratic Party.” “I'm so disappointed and disgusted with the dangerous turn the Democratic Party's taking. It reminds me, and I'm not exaggerating, I study history, it reminds me of 1930s Germany. I don't get it — I feel like the party's been infiltrated by, I'd say demonic — the Free Palestine movement, in my opinion, is a Trojan horse. It's not about freeing Palestine. It's not about freedoms — it's about Islamic expansionism” “It’s been a curse everywhere that flag shows up. Look at Paris today. It's a curse. Look at those college campuses and the college minds. It's a curse wherever it goes — I just want to publicly renounce my affiliation — I just want to say publicly I'm not a Democrat” Everyone in America needs to wake up immediately like this man It’s no longer Red vs Blue It’s radical Islam Jihad and an open border to bring down America vs voting Red to Save America from becoming Islamic We have to Vote Red

UNHINGED: A deranged Abdul El-Sayed supporter attacked two people at the University of Michigan. She then said “I should have killed you when I had the chance” while in handcuffs. We cannot coexist with these people. The Democrat Party is the party of violence.

California residents are begging other California residents to for once, vote on policy instead of party “So you mean to tell me that one candidate has policy to help eliminate some of the taxes for Californians, to help eliminate some of the homelessness, bring down car registration, lower gas, and another candidate wants to implement more taxes on gas, on electric vehicles, no plan to eliminate homelessness, and kind of just kind of keep everything that's going, going in California right now. And the difference between the both of them is that one candidate is Democrat and the other one is Republican. So I guess they want us to ignore policy and change and focus on color, Red or Blue…. Blue good, Red bad. As a Californian, I don't think it's important whether a candidate is a Democrat or Republican. I think it's just about policy, right? Is what it should be. I mean, we've had Blue running this state for however long, and look where it's gotten us. So shouldn't, shouldn't we be voting for change instead of Blue or Red? Democrat or Republican? Like, why are we being blinded by that and willing to just suffer because of Republican or Democrat? Shouldn't we be trying to put change into office?” Yes, the only one promising real change and real cost relief is the Republican candidate Steve Hilton Vote Red California Democrats have held uninterrupted full control of the state government for roughly 16 years straight, and continuous legislative majorities for 30 years It’s time for change. California is drowning and becoming worse than the 3rd world
