Not sure who needs to hear this, but removing Netanyahu through an election is not as simple as defeating him at the polls.
Israel’s proportional representation system requires parties to form coalitions to command a majority in the Knesset. With 120 seats, a party needs at least 61 seats for an outright majority—a threshold no single party has ever reached.
That means even if Netanyahu’s party loses, he could still cling to power by assembling a coalition with smaller parties.
