7th course: miracle berry w/ citrus assortment, Martinelli's, strawberries pickled in thyme. Meyer lemon was my fave

6th course: Mango lassi with homemade yoghurt

5th course: Breakfast for dinner. Momofuku cereal milk panna cotta with cornflake crunch, ice-cream & berry compote

The night is still young.

4th course: 10-hour sticky Korean short ribs on lettuce cups paired with a spicy Zinfandel

3rd course: traditional pork rib soup. Wolfberries, longans, ginseng, lily flowers, barley, red dates, various roots

2nd course: One of the most innovative dishes I have ever tasted. Doesn't it look like a Hawaiian salad?

First course: Toasted radicchio salad with hazelnuts, blue cheese, in a buttermilk dressing drizzled with chive oil
