A sad, heartbreaking day. Our beloved President, mentor and Spiritual Father, Metropolitan Kallistos has passed to the Lord. May the good Lord receive him among His Saints, where we feel Vladika belongs. Memory eternal!

Well, well, well,
Have a watch of this…
Govt voted to relax laws on letting water firms pump sewage into our waters
Why?
Because water firms could no longer get the chemicals needed to treat the water
Why?

When delivering some of the eve of polls and final leaflets in the nationally reported ward of Tudor, a lady told me the reason why she voted for me: ‘because you’re very handsome and young.’ #LE2022

Read this extraordinary interview Desmond Tutu gave to Gyles Brandreth imagining a conversation with God after death. I have always loved this part embracing human imperfections: ‘I create only masterpieces’. RIP Archbishop Tutu, truly a masterpiece himself

If Easter didn’t happen, then you can make Jesus be whatever you want him to be, it doesn’t matter. But if Easter happened then the real Jesus is the only one who counts - and be warned, he will contradict you and disturb you because he loves you.

Others have responded better (& more generously) to this than I can. Baffling that the President of Humanists UK, a belief organisation seeking to be taken seriously by public, press, local & national authorities thinks trolling Christians on Good Friday is a good look.

Happy to see @EdwardJDavey have a great couple of weeks. Shows how there is a real hunger for a liberal party out there still. Please keep it up @LibDems – at Camberwell, London
