Today, people have come with different experiences, different seasons, and different things weighing on their hearts. Yet we gather around the same hope: Jesus.
Welcome to Upper Room Kenya.

We have come with anticipation, but our greatest expectation is not simply for a memorable gathering.
It is that Christ will be magnified, that hearts will be turned towards Him, and that we will leave with a clearer sense of His worth. Amen!

Declan Rice played 90 minutes against Brighton when they lost 3-0 just before the international break, but withdrew from the Enfland squad because of load management but Palmer withdrawing because of the same is where the line is drawn😂 and hes not "committed" enough
Thomas Tuchel is right on Cole Palmer. He’s an exceptional creative talent, unplayable at times as PS-G learned in CWC final, but if he’s not busting a gut to play for England (like others, Gibbs-White etc) or is committed to “load management” then why on earth should Tuchel pick him? Representing your country is not a right. It's an honour that has to be earned.
He’s not starting at 10. Jude Bellingham is. Rogers is first change. Tuchel has plenty of options at 10. MG-W, and now the uncapped King. Yes, Eze is fortunate to keep his place (his character and commitment are valued). Foden is not even in the squad. Jobe Bellingham is not a 10, more a 6 or 8.
Palmer is not starting wide right as Tuchel wants pace there, usually Saka or Madueke, in this squad Ngumoha or Rogers. If Palmer wants to fight his way into the England team, he has to report, show his (undoubted) quality in training and his chance will come, given subs, injuries, rotation etc.
Over the next week, Tuchel’s chosen ones will play a packed-out Wembley against Croatia celebrating Harry Kane’s Ballon d’Or and his record-breaking 126th appearance and then test themselves against the world champions in Madrid. Big occasions. And Cole Palmer’s missing out. #ENG

Forget oo. PETER OBI is the Maradona of Nigeria politics.
He has really taken APC unaware today. 😂😂
They were waiting for him to organise town hall in Lagos so that they can mobilize 2 million thugs to disrupt it.
But my man is the real master strategist.

ENGAGEMENT WITH THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION: DEFENDING DEMOCRACY AND THE RIGHTS OF NIGERIANS
Following my meeting with the British High Commissioner yesterday, 5th November 2026, I met with all Ambassadors of the European Union countries in Abuja on the same day.
Our discussions centred on a number of issues, especially the cost of living and welfare of Nigerians, the state of governance in our country, and the forthcoming elections.
I reiterated my appeal to the international community to support the democratic right of Nigerians to freely and fairly choose their leaders in a peaceful environment. The international community should stand with the Nigerian people in defending this fundamental right.
The very essence of democracy is respect for the right of citizens to freely make their choices and determine who governs them.
I thank the European Union Commission for the invitation and the opïportunity for this important engagement.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

🚨 Xabi Alonso: “I am absolutely never telling players not to go to their national team. If they are fit, they are available”.
“With Cole, we didn’t speak about England. We are focused on Chelsea: how to do better, how to help him. Those are our topics. We speak about Chelsea. We have enough on our plate”.

Nicolas Jackson dunked on Enzo Maresca’s Man City, and now Liam Delap has just done it. Chelsea fans must really love this 😂😂😂

The last year has been difficult for Cole Palmer because of recurring injury problems. Even Tuchel confirmed that he had been playing through pain and discomfort, and this is something every Chelsea fan knows.
So, if you’re a Chelsea fan joining rival fans in pushing an agenda against Palmer, I go just assume say you no get sense.
