If Messi had played in the PL, he wouldn’t have had a better football legacy than Eden Hazard. I’m not even joking right now. 🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️

I’ve spent the last hour drafting posts for when Chelsea loses tomorrow. Now i just have to wait for Manchester United to deliver. 😭😭🤲🏽
If FIFA wants to be fair, this would be the best way to decide. We’re tired of having selected journalists from particular fan bases decide who deserves to be crowned the best. Everyone should have a voice. We can accept that system for the Ballon d’Or, but not for the Super Ballon d’Or.
If you understand football, you’ll know that wasn’t aura farming. The pressure was getting to him, and he was simply trying to calm himself down and look confident in front of the goalkeeper.
Respected journalist and footballers like ; thiery Henry , Wayne Rooney , The original Ronaldo 🤡
🚨 𝗗𝗘𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗘: The Ballon d’Or is football’s most prestigious individual award needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL! ✨
Here are FIVE changes that could improve the award:
1️⃣ Announce the winner immediately after the season.
The ceremony should take place in July, while the performances and achievements of the previous campaign are still fresh in everyone's minds.
2️⃣ Reduce the shortlist.
Instead of selecting 30 players, reduce the shortlist to 15 players, being nominated for the Ballon d’Or should be a major achievement in itself.
3️⃣ Introduce a more balanced voting system.
Assess players at different stages of the season rather than relying on one final vote. This would ensure consistency throughout the campaign being rewarded, not just a few memorable performances based on recency bias.
4️⃣ Make the voting criteria more transparent.
Players should be judged on:
• Performances in the biggest matches.
• Trophies and collective achievements and how much influence they have had on them.
5️⃣ Improve the selection of voters.
Create a panel of respected journalists, former players and football analysts who regularly follow the sport at the highest level.
To everyone reacting negatively: if Estêvão were your brother, would you let him waste away on the bench? I have a younger brother in an academy, and if he ever becomes this good, I’d never let him stall under a manager who won't play him. I’d much rather see him at a club like Everton or Crystal Palace where he can actually play and enjoy his football. No footballer becomes better by sitting on the bench . Olise won't be Olise of today if he was benched like this.

I’m considering firing one of my employees because I’m falling for her. She’s married and I’m beginning to think keeping her around is going to cause a problem neither of us is prepared for.
She’s worked for me for almost two years. We didn’t start off particularly close. We used to disagree over things at work and sometimes she’d get frustrated when I rejected her suggestions. I remember one afternoon when I asked her to redo something she’d already spent hours working on.
Her: “You approved this yesterday.”
Me: “I’ve changed my mind about a few things.”
Her: “You could’ve told me before I finished everything.”
Me: “I know. I’m sorry about that.”
Her: “You owe me lunch for this.”
Me: “So that’s how we’re settling disagreements now?”
Her: “Unless you’d prefer I complain for the rest of the week.”
I took her to lunch the following afternoon. We spent most of it laughing about things that had nothing to do with work. I enjoyed her company more than I expected and after that, having lunch together became something we did occasionally.
Person wey I don give up on since
I am at the brink of giving up on Xabi Alonso.
not even Rosenior lost me this fast.
he is doing so many wrong things at same time.
