He spent nearly 20 years in the Yakuza. Ten years in prison. Then he came to Ukraine — and tattooed the Ukrainian trident on his neck.
Imagine this: a Japanese man who doesn’t speak Ukrainian arrives in a country at war and eventually goes to the front. A sniper with the callsign “Harusan.” Behind him are almost two decades in the Japanese underworld and ten years behind bars. On his neck is a Ukrainian trident.
“I’m 50. I joined the Yakuza when I was 16. My father was also a member. I was an ordinary bodyguard for a boss — not at the top, but not an errand boy either. I left when I was 35. And yes, I still have both little fingers. The tradition of cutting off a finger joint is already outdated.”
Then came ten years in prison. “I didn’t do anything terrible. But I was imprisoned with terrible people. I looked at them and understood what kind of person I never wanted to become.”
When Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he decided to come. Harusan arrived on April 1, 2022. He spoke no Ukrainian and had no military experience. “I didn’t know the language. But I looked at those horrors and realized that the language barrier was a small thing.”
In Ukraine, he became a sniper. He served in the Zhytomyr region, fought near Lysychansk and on the Zaporizhzhia front. He later joined the Georgian National Legion. Communication with his brothers-in-arms was often reduced to gestures and a translator on his phone. Along the way, he learned a few essential words and phrases.
In the summer of 2023, Harusan tattooed the Ukrainian trident on his neck. “It symbolizes my determination. If necessary, to give my life for Ukraine.”
When asked why a Japanese man would risk his life in a war thousands of kilometers from home, his answer is simple: “Russia attacked not only Ukraine. It has harmed Moldova and Georgia. If Ukraine loses, there will be even more wars. This also concerns Japan’s future.”
There is another reason. He calls it redemption. “Redemption for my sins is in my heart. But the most important thing is to reduce the number of victims — especially among children.”
He doesn’t complain about being far from Japan or about loneliness. He simply wants to remain in Ukraine until victory.
And his message to Ukrainians is just as simple:
“Ukrainians, never lose heart. Never. Until victory.”
A man who spent much of his life in darkness made his choice when it mattered most — and chose to stand with Ukraine.

Slovak cops just crushed another Russian sabotage plot. Three foreign operatives were busted trying to torch a Ukrainian-owned Skyeton drone factory in eastern Slovakia.
Two nabbed on site, the third grabbed in Germany. The plan was serious: massive quantities of incendiary mix, tools, cameras, burner phones, and a handwritten attack blueprint.
Around 70 people were working at the facility when the attack was supposed to go down. A huge fire and serious damage were narrowly avoided.
Photos from the raid show the suspects face-down in cuffs and the arsenal of arson gear laid out on the grass like the amateur hour it was. This is targeted, premeditated violence.
Moscow's hybrid war spilling into Europe, targeting the very production lines that help Ukraine kill Russian invaders. Every failed plot proves they're losing the conventional fight so badly they resort to terrorism and arson.

Today in the Odesa region, the Russians once again destroyed an ordinary passenger train locomotive with a jet-powered drone. There were 340 people on the train. And whoever was operating that drone certainly could not have been unaware that the target was entirely civilian. As of now, unfortunately, we know that the locomotive engineer and his assistant were killed in the strike. My condolences to their families and loved ones. There were also strikes overnight in 11 regions – the Russians used more than 130 attack drones.
Every day, the Russians strike ordinary people’s lives simply for the sake of terror. And unfortunately, far from every such attack receives a strong response from the world. More air defense support and more pressure on Russia are needed if the world is serious about stopping this war in Europe.

Achtet auf die Daten!
Russland griff das Einkaufszentrum „Amstor“ in Kremenchuk am 27. Juni 2022 mitten am Tag mit Marschflugkörpern an, während sich bis zu 1.000 Menschen im Gebäude befanden. 21 Menschen starben, über 70 wurden verletzt.
Russland griff am 25. Mai 2024 den „Epicentr“-Hypermarkt in Charkiw an. Es war ein Wochenendnachmittag, und etwa 200 Zivilisten und Mitarbeiter befanden sich im Gebäude, um Haushaltswaren einzukaufen.
Die Explosion löste einen Brand mit hohen Temperaturen aus, bei dem Chemikalien und Baumaterialien in Flammen aufgingen. Die Ukrainer mussten DNA-Tests durchführen, um die Opfer zu identifizieren. 19 Menschen kamen ums Leben, darunter auch Kinder, und 46 wurden verletzt.
Russland griff den Zentralmarkt von Kostiantynivka und die umliegenden Geschäfte mindestens zweimal an: am 6. September 2023 und am 9. August 2024.
Beide Angriffe richteten sich gegen dicht besiedelte Einkaufsviertel, in denen sich morgens oder am frühen Nachmittag zahlreiche Kunden aufhielten.
Bei dem Angriff im September 2023 kamen 17 Menschen ums Leben und 32 wurden verletzt; bei dem Angriff auf den Eko-Markt im August 2024 starben 14 Menschen und 44 wurden verletzt.
Russland griff am 21. Oktober 2023 das Nova-Poshta-Sortierzentrum in Korotych in der Region Charkiw an. Spät in der Nacht, während Mitarbeiter zivile Post, Pakete und humanitäre Hilfsgüter entluden, trafen zwei S-300-Raketen einen Standort, an dem die Raketen schneller eintreffen, als sie erkannt werden können. Die 8 Getöteten hatten keine Chance, 15 Menschen wurden verletzt.
Die Russen griffen „Nova Poshta“ in Korotych am 13. Januar 2026 erneut an, wobei 4 Menschen getötet und 6 verletzt wurden; am 19. Juli 2026 wurden 4 Menschen getötet und 19 verletzt; und am 2. August 2026 kam ein Fahrer ums Leben. Von allen aufgeführten Angriffen ereigneten sich nur die beiden letzten nach Beginn der ukrainischen Angriffe auf Wildberries.
Russland griff am 3. Mai 2023 den ATB-Supermarkt & Retail Square in Cherson an. Durch den Angriff auf zivile Einkaufsinfrastruktur während der Tagesstunden wurden die Kunden in der brennenden Markthalle eingeschlossen.
An diesem Tag kamen in ganz Cherson 23 Menschen ums Leben: 4 im ATB-Supermarkt, 1 im Epicentr-Geschäft und weitere an nahegelegenen Haltestellen und in Geschäften.
Russland griff am 1. Oktober 2024 den zentralen Stadtmarkt von Cherson an. Gegen 9:00 Uhr morgens schlugen Artilleriegeschosse direkt in belebte Marktstände im Freien ein. 7 Menschen wurden getötet und 3 verletzt.
Schließlich griff Russland am 8. April 2022 den Hauptbahnhof von Kramatorsk an, während dort eine zivile Evakuierung im Gange war. Eine ballistische „Tochka-U“-Rakete traf die überfüllten Evakuierungsplattformen, tötete 63 Zivilisten, darunter 9 Kinder, und verletzte über 150 Menschen.
Außerdem griffen sie am 24. August 2022 den Bahnhof von Chaplyne an, wo eine „Iskander“-Rakete Personenzüge und angrenzende PKWs traf, 25 Zivilisten tötete und Personenwagen in Brand setzte.
Dies ist nur ein winziger Bruchteil der russischen Angriffe auf ukrainische Einzelhandelsketten, Märkte und zivile Verkehrsinfrastruktur während der großangelegten Invasion.

Wenn ihr also, ihr hirntoten Amöben, von „Rache für Wildberries“ schreibt, denkt noch einmal nach. Russland hat die Ukraine all die Jahre bombardiert, lange vor unseren Angriffen auf Wildberries, und wird damit ungeachtet dessen weitermachen.

The Moroccan government is now saying that the Ceuta migration wave was organized and amplified through social media.
A similar campaign is currently being run on TikTok, where people from Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iraq are being encouraged to migrate through Russia and Belarus and enter Europe via the Baltic states. These migration campaigns have been coordinated using phone numbers registered in Russia and Ukraine.
It appears that, alongside Belarus, similar operations are now being organized through Morocco and other African countries.
Hostile actors are exploiting migration to destabilize European states while simultaneously boosting pro-Kremlin far-right parties that campaign heavily on anti-immigration platforms.
