The problem with Jordan Peterson’s “clean your room” is that there are kids in Africa with way dirtier rooms. You could have a much bigger impact by cleaning theirs.
I've seen a lot of pat just so stories that cut off just before the emotional twist in post two.
Openly pandery shit, too. Family courts ruling on behalf of dad. Cheating exes getting theirs. I need to aggressively mute this fuckery when it makes it to my TL. It works on me, but that's not what I'm here for.

Update: It might be fake
A statistic that sounds fake but isn't: Not one single white American man born after 1984 has published a work of literary fiction in The New Yorker.
It's not because they stopped writing. It's because The New Yorker has refused to publish them. The publishing industry has blacked out a generation of male writers & then they wonder why boys don't read.
lol

He literally died on a hill as a biological male. With a circumcision.
"If molecules are objective as chemists claim, then atoms are unnecessary for dissolving salt in water."
Kind of? Kind of not? You don't need to believe in the atoms to do the thing, but they're still there.
I'm a guy with long hair.
For 90% of my life, misgendering was an amusing gaffe.
Then for 10% it became 'genocide'.
People who make such pivots should not be allowed to decide what to eat for breakfast, let alone influence society.

We already live in a post-scarcity society.
The root of leftism is envy.
The year could be 3217, a leftist could have their own terraformed planet, and they'd be mad that someone else has twelve.
Complaining that the electorate is fickle and the party leaders feckless is like complaining that deserts are dry and swamps soggy.
I don't decry it. I bitch about the weather too. But having a meltdown over it is childish.
That's how it is. Figure out what you can make of it.
