I'm 58, a husband and a dad, and I'm running my own longevity protocol out loud. Peptides, supplements, lifting, bloodwork. Some of it works, some of it does nothing, and I post both.
Not a doctor and not selling you a stack. Just a guy trying to still be doing this in month 9, and month 90.

I have one question.
How did little old me, a 46-year-old blue-collar dad of three, see this disaster coming months ago, but the biggest, loudest, most influential conservative accounts on this platform couldn't?
Seriously. HOW?
While Matt Van Swol was busy posting video after video of Black people beating the shit out of each other...
While Libs of TikTok was obsessively posting videos about transgender people...
While Dr. Clown and 50 other accounts were pumping out endless memes mocking liberals...
Democrats were busy organizing.
They were building coalitions.
They were preparing for elections.
They were doing the actual work required to WIN.
And what were our supposedly brilliant conservative influencers doing?
Posting AI-generated garbage.
Recycling the same outrage bait.
Making the same tired jokes.
Patting each other on the back.
And collecting checks while convincing their followers that everything was going GREAT.
Here's the part that should absolutely infuriate you.
The other side wasn't sitting around waiting for the next viral meme.
They were working to win the midterms.
And while their influencers were trying to convince Americans that Republicans were destroying the country, ours were too busy convincing Republicans that Democrats were a bunch of idiots who couldn't possibly win another election.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW BADLY YOU WERE PLAYED?
You were sold entertainment disguised as political activism.
You were sold engagement disguised as influence.
You were sold confidence disguised as reality.
And worst of all?
You were sold the illusion that winning arguments on X meant winning elections in America.
IT DOESN'T.
I've spent months warning people that X is not real life.
That millions of impressions don't equal millions of votes.
That humiliating some random liberal in a viral clip doesn't lower grocery prices, fix healthcare, or put another Republican in Congress.
But apparently, saying that made me negative.
A complainer.
Someone who wasn't supporting the team.
Well, how's that working out?
I'm not interested in hearing another excuse about why voters didn't deliver the results these influencers promised.
I'm interested in accountability.
Because the people who built enormous platforms claiming to represent our movement should have known better.
And if they didn't?
Maybe they never deserved that influence in the first place.
Stop rewarding people for keeping you angry.
Stop confusing followers with leadership.
Stop funding a political entertainment industry that has forgotten what winning actually requires.
It's time to STARVE THE GRIFT.
Again.
25% body weight lost is the headline. What that 25% is made of is the part I care about.
Retatrutide phase 3 in NEJM: 80 weeks, 2,339 people without diabetes. The top dose lost 25% vs 3.9% on placebo, and knee pain and sleep apnea both improved.
11% quit the top dose though. And it's still not approved, so gray market vials aren't what was tested.

New Aging Cell paper. They aged human skin cells in a dish for months and the cells picked up the same gene and methylation changes seen in older people. Metformin slowed a lot of that. Rapamycin barely moved it.
Cells in a dish, not people. Rapamycin fans won't love it though.

My goal: this number goes lower as every year ticks by. 58 years is my actual age. Workout, try and eat right (high protein / minimal processed), supplements, TRT, peptides, labs, good sleep.
I am looking forward to following this over the next few monthsβ¦
The first use in humans of SenoMune-0257 was announced today.
This is a peptide that seems to prevent aging and fight cancer in preclinical studies.

She hates her people so much she will refuse cheaper diesel and prosecute those trying to bring it in. Way to go NJ, you pick winnersβ¦
Today, I sent a letter putting New Jerseyβs port and terminal operators on notice: importing Russian diesel violates federal law and could carry serious civil and criminal consequences.
New Jersey will not stand by while Donald Trump supports Vladimir Putin at the expense of Americans. Instead of lowering costs, these imports help finance Putinβs war against Ukraine and a campaign of violence and terror that endangers our servicemembers abroad.
As a Navy veteran, I cannot let that stand unchallenged. Our ports must not be complicit.
Joining a class is what finally got me in the gym habit. The program's on the board so there's nothing to figure out, and people notice when you're missing.
Motivation comes and goes. Somebody asking where you were works a lot better.
The HHS peptide fine print most ads won't mention. It only covers single-ingredient products. A premixed BPC-157 and TB-500 vial doesn't qualify, even though both are on the list.
And it's enforcement discretion for 503A pharmacies, not FDA approval. Comments close Nov 13.

Mouse study in Cell Metabolism. Old mice got their leg bones mechanically loaded twice a week and lived almost 3 months longer. Strained bone cells released proteins that slowed aging in other organs.
Mice only. But it's a good hint that load on bone matters, not just cardio.

UK study, 4,067 people around 69, followed 12 years. Faster walkers on a short clinic test had lower death risk. Step cadence from a wrist tracker predicted it almost as well.
Observational, so no proof walking faster adds years. But pace is a free read on how you're aging.

Everybody's mad at Attia over zone 2 today. Easy cardio didn't stop working. It just isn't the magic mitochondria fix it got sold as.
Short on time, harder intervals probably buy you more. But two years of steady biking still beats two years of waiting for the perfect plan.
at 58 the best protocol I know is the one you're still doing in month 9. every year there's a new best workout, a new best peptide, a new best time to eat. the guys my age who look good mostly just never quit showing up

Quiero ver rΓ©plicas.
Glycine + NAC for aging (fascinating study)
A placebo-controlled trial PMID: 35975308 showed:
16 weeks of glycine + NAC (100mg/kg of each a day, about 7g each for a 70kg person) pushed almost every aging marker measured back toward young adult levels. The placebo group didn't move.
oxidative stress (F2-isoprostanes) -> down 72%, back to the level of the young adults
IL-6 -> down 78%
TNF-alpha -> down 54%
hsCRP -> down 41%
insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) -> 10.8 to 3.9
walking speed -> 1.13 to 1.34 m/s, same as the young adults
grip strength -> up 4kg in both hands
systolic blood pressure -> 132 to 124
waist -> down 3cm
Why it works: glycine and NAC are the two raw materials for glutathione, the body's main antioxidant. Older adults can't make enough of it.
Give the body the parts and it makes its own.
No side effects reported.

The HHS peptide news means easier access. It doesn't mean better evidence. BPC-157 is still mostly animal studies with very little human data.
If you do go the compounded route, at least you'll get a real label with a dose and a lot number. Write it down.
