San Francisco Bay Area: A beautiful house, near tech jobs, within most people's reach. If three people lived here, they'd each get their own room and bathroom for $1,330/month per person. An average entry-level office job pays over $50k/year, so you don't need to be a high-earner to enjoy a freshly renovated home.

San Francisco: YIMBY bros saying it's unaffordable are telling on themselves. They're saying, "I'm above living like a normal person". Don't believe me? Well, check out this freshly renovated home: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms for under $5k/month. Four people could each have their own room and bathroom, each paying about $1,225/month. Affordable on 40k/year, minimum wage! This disproves the YIMBY narrative that we need to bulldoze our neighborhoods for the sake of making the city "affordable". Anyone can make SF work unless they do not work or refuse to share space with other humans. YIMBY bros: since you love density so much, wouldn't you love to live with other humans? You don't hate people, do you?

San Francisco: People say it's unaffordable. But that's not true for anyone with a full-time job. Not far from downtown SF, within walking distance of BART, with a beautiful view, five people could comfortably share this place for $1k/month per person. That's $12k/year per person. Working full time at minimum wage yields over $40k/year. So if anyone tells you SF is not affordable, the truth is they feel entitled to have a place with no roommates, or that they don't want a full-time job. Just about anyone can make it work if they're willing to compromise a bit.

California: Looking for affordable housing? Check out these 4+ bedroom homes on large lots, all for under 400k. Homes this large in San Francisco's foggy Sunset would cost millions. But in Fresno, you'd get 300 days of sunshine a year and live close to the mountains! Contrary to what YIMBYs tell you, nobody has to pay a lot for housing. It's a choice!

San Francisco: Bilal represents the Tenderloin, which is actively under assault by foreign cartels. Yet he rejects help from ICE, a vital resource to fight the invasion. So it's hard not to ask this question: Is he getting a piece of the cartel profits? Why else would he side with the violent gangsters over his constituents?

San Francisco: another YIMBY bro defends the idea of burning down your neighborhoods. This is the strange part: he has no roots here. If he hates it, he can move elsewhere and leave nothing behind. Many of us don't have that luxury. Our families, networks, and investments are here. We have skin in the game that is worth defending.

San Francisco: No matter how much we build, it will NEVER be enough for Scott Wiener and his faction. In NYC, we get a glimpse of the endgame: garbage piles up on the sidewalks, and they're still crying "more housing!" So if we take their vision to its conclusion, this is the future.

Reno has city-level services and amenities, enjoys relatively mild weather compared to most of the nation, and has plenty of natural beauty. Skiing and Lake Tahoe are within an hour's drive. Homes are on sale for $500k that would cost millions in the Bay Area. And no state income tax!!! Looks like a great opportunity for remote workers to live the American Dream!

San Francisco - this what we look forward to if Scott Wiener and the YIMBYs win. To be clear, the developers funding the YIMBY political machine live far away in the suburbs. They want this for YOU, not for themselves.

Downtown San Francisco is littered with vacant apartments. Some are priced below $2,000/month. Two roommates could afford that on minimum wage. I even see one for under $1,000/month! Let's fill these up before forcing towers on people who chose not to live in downtown.
