Our annual survey also highlights the operational pressures facing pharmacy teams. 99.7% of pharmacies report rising costs, with 95% citing staffing costs as a key pressure. As a result, 30% have reduced opening hours and 18% have reduced staffing levels. These trends are shaping how services are delivered across the country.
