Suggestions 1-5 to offer your new firefighters:
1. We didn’t cause the emergency, we’re here to do our best to make things better.
2. We can’t save everyone.
3. You will be voluntold to work at times.
4. We’re here to serve; it’s not about us.
5. You may miss family events.
