🇪🇺 UPDATE: EUROPE'S AVIATION BOMB THREATS - EIGHT AIRCRAFT TARGETED IN TWO DAYS Since my previous report, THREE additional aircraft have been identified as targets of bomb threats across Europe. 🇮🇹 ITALY - TWO RYANAIR FLIGHTS Two Ryanair aircraft arriving at Rome Fiumicino from Dublin and Lisbon were searched following anonymous bomb threats. The Dublin flight, FR9611, was escorted by the Italian Air Force before landing. Police bomb disposal teams inspected the aircraft, passengers and luggage. No explosives were found, and both alerts were cleared. 🇧🇬 BULGARIA - SECOND SOFIA-BOUND FLIGHT Bulgarian Transport Minister Georgi Peev has confirmed that TWO aircraft, arriving from Bergamo and Dublin, received bomb threats. Neither flight was diverted. Both underwent security inspections, with no explosives discovered. This brings the total to EIGHT reported aircraft bomb threats across Europe on 2–3 November, seven of them today. The incidents have now affected flights involving Poland, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain and Hungary, with multiple military and police responses. All eight aircraft landed safely. California has refused to work with the Federal Government to protect against noncitizen voting, which dilutes lawful votes, so @TheJusticeDept has filed an emergency application with the Supreme Court to require California to segregate mail-in ballots associated with more than 20,000 likely noncitizens until their citizenship can be verified.   We will continue pursuing every available legal avenue to protect the integrity of our elections and ensure federal law is enforced.

An email circulated by Activate San Diego outlines plans for: • Up to 120,000 protesters mobilizing within hours • Daily demonstrations at Waterfront Park from 4–8 PM • A nationwide strike shutting down work, schools, and shopping • Protesters bringing goggles and N95 masks in anticipation of possible tear gas • Stockpiling two months of food and supplies and telling people to stock up on rice and beans. Raskin Declares Supreme Court Illegitimate Matching RAD Playbook! Raskin’s public declaration that the Supreme Court is illegitimate and that the seats were stolen is the RAD playbook. In today's episode on The New Yorker Radio Hour, Representative Jamie Raskin of Maryland characterized the United States Supreme Court as a critical actor in the degradation of government and described it as a right wing mega corporate court. Raskin asserted that the court is illegitimate on multiple levels because it was composed through processes that denied President Obama and the Senate a full opportunity to advise and consent on a nominee and then rushed the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett only seven days before a presidential election. When referring to the SCOTUS immunity ruling, Raskin further noted that the justices who describe themselves as originalists produced a ruling with no foundation in the Federalist Papers, the Constitutional Convention, the ratifying conventions, or the text of the Constitution itself, stating that the decision appeared to have been pulled out of a hat. The interviewer specifically raised the prospect of blocking a successor to Justice Samuel Alito should he retire, and Raskin indicated that Democratic control of the Senate would provide the leverage to prevent such a confirmation on the grounds that seats had already been stolen. These statements align closely with the internal resistance framework detailed in public recordings and strategy materials associated with Renew American Democracy and related networks of former USAID officials. In that framework, key institutions are first labeled illegitimate through pre seeded narratives about process failures, composition, and specific rulings. Once that framing takes hold, it justifies coordinated action by lawfare organizations, legislative blocking, and internal resistance within federal agencies. The United Democracy Alliance structure described in those materials, released by Data Republican, explicitly incorporates lawfare groups and prepares for red line scenarios in which the federal government, including its judicial branch, is treated as having crossed into illegitimacy. Raskin’s public declaration that the court was illegitimately composed and that its immunity ruling lacks any originalist or textual basis supplies exactly the kind of institutional delegitimization narrative that enables later steps such as refusing to seat nominees, supporting structural reforms, and activating parallel resistance channels. By framing the court itself as the product of stolen seats and inventing constitutional powers, the remarks fit the pattern of eroding the legitimacy of existing governance structures in advance of potential crisis triggers. This mirrors the documented approach in which civil society, lawfare, and federal worker networks stand ready to treat ordinary institutional actions as evidence that the prior system has already been invalidated, clearing the path for proposed structural overhauls.
