The Honourable Sarah Game MLC is an Australian champion for men and boys. So I was delighted to receive a formal letter of appreciation from her... Thank you Sarah.
I will be attending the International Men's Day dinner in Adelaide on Thursday 19 November 2026. It's a fantastic event, which I've attended previously, and it's hosted by Sarah's office. The South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas will be a special guest at this dinner. You can register to attend here:

2026 will mark the twenty-eighth consecutive celebration of International Men's Day on the 19th of November each year... My hat goes off to Dr. Jerome Teelucksingh, who founded International Men's Day on 19 November 1999, in Trinidad and Tobago.

No man should end up sleeping in his car or on the street because his relationship has broken down.
Services across Adelaide report more men aged 40–50 becoming homeless after relationship breakdown, financial stress and rising living costs.
@HuttStCentre saw over 2,200 people in 2024/25 – 63% men – and a 23% rise in rough sleeping, while Vinnies Men’s Crisis Centre is at capacity.
My questions to the President to address the growing crisis in men’s mental health and homelessness in South Australia:
• Do you acknowledge the link between relationship breakdown and men’s homelessness?
• What support exists specifically for men experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity?
• What immediate action will you take as services say they are overwhelmed?
I look forward to updating you with the Minister’s response … – at Adelaide, South Australia

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the inaugural Parliamentary Friends of Men’s Wellbeing Forum.
As highlighted in the speeches of the Hon Blair Boyer MP, Minister for Health and Wellbeing and the Hon Dennis Hood MLC, times are changing, and men’s health is finally becoming part of the public conversation.
A sincere thank you to the outstanding guest speakers:
• Professor Gary Wittert, Director of Adelaide University's Centre for Male Health and Wellbeing
• Derrick McManus, Leader in the field of Human Durability, and former Police Special Task and Rescue (STAR) Group Officer
It was an excellent networking event, bringing together a diverse range of organisations, advocates and community leaders who are passionate about improving outcomes for men and boys.
This forum is only the beginning. I will continue to push for a Minister for Men in Parliament and ensure men’s mental health remains firmly on the agenda.

And there are some electorates where over half of electors have already voted. I've published the numbers on my blog. You'll have to search for the blog in my name as in a great free speech move, X now strangles tweets that include external links.

There is fresh evidence about the mental health crisis facing vets in South Australia. A parliamentary inquiry has found they are working in unsustainable conditions with pressures that are contributing to burnout and in some cases, suicide. Lifeline – 13 11 14. @caseytreloar7

There are two genders, male and female. Gender is determined by one's biological sex. The sex of a baby and thus their gender is determined at fertilisation. We must not be afraid to state this biological truth.

My Parental Primacy Bill will ensure parents – not agenda-driven schools and governments – are responsible for educating their children on issues of morality, ethics, politics, social values, personal wellbeing, and identity, including gender and sexuality.
I’ll always stand up FOR family values – and stand up AGAINST societal and educational trends that harm the family unit.
We must give parents a Fair Go by restoring that power to them.

I’m the only sitting member who has opposed all race-based laws.
I have legislation to repeal SA’s divisive Voice to Parliament, not “reform” it, like other parties have now promised.
No amount of fiddling around the edges will “fix” this – because race-based policies are wrong in principle.
My First Nations Voice Repeal Bill aligns SA government policy with the democratic decision made by South Australians in 2023, when over 64% of them voted ‘no’ to a federal Voice.
Only Fair Go for Australians believes everyone should be equal under the law.

Compromised experts influenced by outside interests – like ‘Big Pharma’ for example – cannot sit on the new SA Preventive Health Council, thanks to my legislation passing both houses of parliament late last year.
Last week The Murray Pioneer explained my amendment among its broader coverage of this important new SA Health body, which focuses on factors that lead to preventable health conditions (like tobacco, vaping, alcohol, drugs and obesity).
I’m still getting positive feedback about it and I'm glad SA people are now guaranteed a Fair Go from the Council’s members.

PART 3: SA farmers can’t build small dams – to water crops and stock – on their own properties.
Our food producers need more water & less bureaucratic interference.
They deserve a Fair Go.

SA farmers fulfill their bushfire-danger obligations, but the government won’t do the same.
The Native Vegetation Act needs to be changed – to give our farmers a Fair Go.

No farms. No food. No Australia.
Governments shouldn't add more and more restrictions and red tape.
Farmers deserve a Fair Go.

It was great to see so many familiar and new faces join me one month ago, at my International Men's Day Gala, with over 350 people attending on the night.
We raised more than $150,000 for men’s health charities, supporting those on the ground who are helping prevent suicide among men.

Part 3: A Fair Go in politics means stepping up and delivering proper outcomes – not talk.
That’s why I’ve backed men’s health and veterans, listened to South Australians, and started Fair Go to fight for real people, no matter their background or postcode.

Part 2: Giving our kids a Fair Go in education is important because we can’t afford to miss untapped future talent.
And taxpayers should get a Fair Go from their MPs, which is why I’ve drafted legislation to force MPs to declare their work hours and holidays.

My Public Sector (Ministerial Travel Reports) Amendment Bill – which I managed to get through SA parliament in 2023 – reduced the time MPs have to declare travel expenses, giving the public quick, easy-to-access information on how their taxpayer dollars are being spent.
My next target is politicians’ perks, because I’m disgusted with federal MPs – of various political persuasions – deliberately rorting the system, evidenced by the growing list entangled in the expenses scandal.
It started with Anika Wells, now it’s Michelle Rowland, SA’s own Mark Butler, and more.
It was us, Fair Go, who got that 2023 legislation through, and it showed how minor parties and their MPs can make a difference.
That’s why we need to elect the right people – not those who just want perks and a free ride on the gravy train.
