Here I've used an ice cube tray model to explore whether the different parts of the drain act the same.

Major pet peeves is when a surgeon *blames* a resident/fellow for an OR complication. It may not be overt, but even mentioning "the fellow was doing it" during M&M is not relevant or appropriate. That's your case, the fellow is an extension of you. #tssmn #MedTwitter #surgery

This week, I received an email from a client asking me to ensure my talk is in compliance with the recent Executive Order banning anti-racism workshops, which included not using the term "white privilege" during the session.
