I am very hesitant to assign obesity in the US to lifestyle.
Something is DEEPLY wrong with their food quality.
You know this because Europeans immediately gain weight in the US without changing their eating habits and lose the weight just as easily when back in Europe.

Just because a student does not raise their hand, does not mean that they are not thinking deeply about the content. We need to broaden what we mean by engagement in our classrooms/schools. This will invite/value more students in the learning process.
For the first time in my life I’ve actually researched what my ancestors did to the Native American people and I am devastated it’s taken me this long to become aware of this. It’s not what I was taught in school….
