Are you sitting down? Republicans are currently showing signs of PRESIDENTIAL-LEVEL midterms turnout already in early voting in crucial states. Scott Presler breaks down the POSITIVE signals he is seeing on the ground for the GOP: In Texas, Republicans are leading Democrats by 50,000 early ballots and red counties are seeing Presidential election level voter turnout. In Pennsylvania, Democrats are DOWN 100,000 mail-in ballots from 2022, Republicans are up 50,000 and our return rate is matching Democrats. In Florida, Republicans have gained the early vote lead for Byron Donalds. Don't believe the polls. Get out and Vote EARLY, @ScottPresler

🚨 ALASKA: There are TWO Dan Sullivans on your Senate ballot. Make sure you pick the RIGHT one. The Republican senator is Dan S. Sullivan. The other is Daniel J. Sullivan Jr., a retired teacher who happens to share his name. He's pulling 3% to 5% in the polls, in a race that is TIED. Mary Peltola is right there. Nick Begich is in a dogfight too. And Ballot Measure 2, which repeals ranked choice voting, is dead even. Early voting is open now. President Trump says GO. Read your ballot carefully. Then fire Peltola again.

Just finished voting in Florida for Byron Donalds and Ashley Moody. I moved to Florida because I didn't want to live in a sanctuary state. Donalds and Moody will keep Florida safe. Jolly and Nixon will make Florida another California.

THEY RAN AWAY?! I Just showed up at Mahoning County’s title department for an in-person records inspection under the statute — the records tied to the Acton case. Clerk of Court bounced me: “We don’t do microfilm anymore. Go to the title department.” Walk in. Deputy tells me the woman who runs records left the building three or four minutes before I got there and said they’re closed the rest of the day. If the case is locked tight and airtight… why are people running? I’m not going anywhere. If you think you’ll hide from me till the end of this election you’re going to lose that bet.

What I learned today is it’s bad when polls are used to deceive Democrats, but not bad when they are used for 9 months to suppress Republicans. Get bent.

It’s not every day you stumble across a recording in which U.S. citizens discuss plans to declare the federal government illegitimate. Here’s one particularly alarming excerpt: “If the federal government’s deemed to be illegitimate … then the governors become the leading governing authority under the current republic framework of our Constitution.” And then there’s this one: “I really want to emphasize this is not a concept for a secession. No one is talking about leaving the United States.” Of course they’re not “talking about leaving the United States”; they’re talking about a planned transfer of governing authority outside the constitutional process—replacing the authority of the federal government with governors and outside networks. I hope this turns out to be a deep fake or a bad practical joke—because if it’s real, it’s unbelievably frightening. Either way, it’s a good reminder to vote carefully in November.
🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 2: WHEN AND HOW TO DECLARE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ILLEGITIMATE 🚨 Some questioned whether a group of 200 ex-USAID officials could actually pull off their ambitions to rewrite the Constitution. Here, they describe exactly how it works. They aren't working alone. The videos all come from Renew to Thrive (R2T) group and associates. Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz play key roles within R2T. R2T sits inside a much, much larger umbrella called United Democracy Alliance (UDA), which is an extremely hush-hush control plane of leaders from major "blocking" NGOs such as 50501 and Indivisible fulfilling various functions. UDA decides when protests get deployed, timelines, how to respond, all that. R2T's role within UDA is concerned with "the day after tomorrow" - in other words, their function is to conceive what a rewritten American government will look like after the rest of UDA fulfills its purpose. As will be shown, Erica Chenoworth is credited with conceiving UDA in the first place under the Horizons "Big Tent" initiative. Note here that National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A) is credited for operationalizing UDA. NSL4A is a group of 1,600 ex-military, intelligence, and diplomatic officials. They are led by Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith (Ret). NSL4A also played a key role in the "illegal orders" messaging which targeted Pete Hegseth. Zeitz is also a member of NSL4A. It must be emphasized that the choice of a military-oriented organization to coordinate NGOs across domestic protests is an interesting one all in itself - especially in an umbrella conceived by a regime change expert like Chenoworth. You will have a hard time finding any mentions of UDA in the public. They are extremely hush-hush and selective who they talk to. Mike Smith himself makes a personal appearance in other calls, coordinating Insurrection Act exercises and roleplaying with R2G as one of the participants. As the audio transcript shows, they have outlined a sequence of "redlines" in which case the federal government should be declared illegitimate. Invoking the Insurrection Act against "peaceful" protesters is one of the most discussed redlines. I will post the illegitimate criteria below, but basically, almost any effective pushback against NGOs is a measure of illegitimacy according to them. Important to understand: The audio shows they shopped this idea around governors, but the reality is that governors do not have to explicitly sign on to the pact to play their role in the coup. All they have to do is refuse troops in their state and let UDA / R2G do the work of dissolving the federal government.

@OKeefeMedia went undercover inside Michigan U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign, capturing conversations with Abdoul Beckwith, a regional field organizer for Abdul for Senate, discussing El-Sayed’s overseas campaign contributions, Hamas, and the Muslim Brotherhood. Beckwith claimed El-Sayed receives donations from overseas, “You know, he [Abdul El Sayed] has people from overseas that donate to him.” When asked whether overseas donations were prohibited, Beckwith responded, “No it is not allowed,” before describing a hypothetical arrangement in which overseas money passes through a family member. Beckwith said, “And then people overseas give money to him. And then he gives money to you. It's that type of thing.” He added, “Everybody does it!” Under 52 U.S.C. § 30121, foreign nationals are prohibited from contributing to federal campaigns. However, U.S. citizens living abroad and lawful permanent residents may legally contribute. During a car ride with our OMG undercover journalist, Beckwith suggested El-Sayed could lose support if he openly rejected Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, “He [Abdul El Sayed] can't just say, you know, no, I don't support Hamas, you know, I reject all of them, because he's going to lose the people that brought him up in the first place.” Beckwith continued, “He [El-Sayed] has to play the game. He has to play the role.” When questioned about the Muslim Brotherhood, Beckwith claimed denouncing the organization could alienate Muslim supporters, stating: “So that's the whole thing. So when Abdul is going to denounce that [Muslim Brotherhood], they're [Muslims] going to think that he is siding with the genociders.” Beckwith also expressed concerns about the influence of white and Jewish individuals surrounding El-Sayed. Mentioned El-Sayed could adopt their “mannerisms.” Beckwith: “There's a lot of white people around him [El-Sayed]. A lot of Jewish people around him. And when you're around a certain group of people for so long, you absorb the ideology, the mannerisms, everything like that.” He warned, “They're [Whites & Jews] going to hijack him and then in a year he's going to be doing what they want with him.” When asked whether El-Sayed might abandon his promises, Beckwith responded, “I think, yeah.” Beckwith also made an allegation about Secretary of State and gubernatorial candidate Jocelyn Benson and stated "But I know Jocelyn works for the KKK." He repeated, "She works for the KKK. For the Ku Klux Klan." In an unexpected moment, Beckwith recalled what he described as a previous encounter with Project Veritas during the 2020 Georgia Senate runoff campaign. “He had a backpack, but on his backpack, you could see a camera lens. You could see the red light of the camera lens.” Six years later, Beckwith was telling that story to another O’Keefe undercover journalist. OMG has contacted Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign for comment and also contacted Bob Hobert, identified as an official with One Team Michigan whose role is to elect Abdul El-Sayed. We are now aware from the Michigan Democratic Party that Abdoul Beckwith has been terminated from his position. These statements were captured on hidden camera by an OMG journalist inside the U.S. Senate campaign for Abdul El-Sayed in Detroit, Michigan. @MichiganDems @GOP @MIGOP @JocelynBenson

This is not even real… a group of retired admirals, ex-USAID bureaucrats and professional protest organizers got caught on their own recordings working out the conditions under which they get to declare the government of the United States illegitimate, and somehow we are supposed to believe they are the ones protecting democracy. Here is what @DataRepublican put out in Part 2 of the Democracy Files. The videos come from a group called Renew to Thrive, with Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz in key roles, and it sits inside a much bigger umbrella called the United Democracy Alliance, which she describes as the hush-hush control room for groups like 50501 and Indivisible, deciding when protests get deployed, the timelines and how to respond. National Security Leaders for America, 1,600 former military, intelligence and diplomatic officials led by retired Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith, is credited with operationalizing the whole thing. On tape they lay out a list of "redlines," and invoking the Insurrection Act against "peaceful" protesters is one of the most discussed… and as she lays it out, they shopped the idea around to governors who don't even have to sign anything, all a governor has to do is refuse federal troops and let the network do the rest. Make no mistake about who Mike Smith is. His own organization's bio says he founded and led National Security Leaders for Biden, more than 1,100 members with an endorsement letter signed by 780 of them, and now he runs a "non partisan" group that just cares so deeply about the oath. But hey… I am sure it is totally nonpartisan this time. And the very same morning the Washington Post runs a story about a small group of current and former Defense Department officials quietly advising governors, election officials and lawmakers in 10 states on how to prepare for the Trump administration "interfering" in the midterms, rehearsing what to do if a federal agent asks for access to ballots or machines. Different names, same message… the elected federal government is the threat, and the people who run the elections are the ones who need protecting from it. Let me put it to you like this. They are building the excuse before the event even happens. They coordinate the protests, they decide in advance which government response crosses their line, and then they hold that response up as proof the whole government is illegitimate and the governors should take over. How exactly is that defending the Constitution? If a room full of retired conservative officers got caught on tape role playing how to declare a Democrat president illegitimate, the FBI would be knocking on doors before the coffee got cold and every network in the country would run it wall to wall. I am angry about this, and I think most of you are not angry enough. These people swore an oath to the Constitution, not to a party, and they are treating the legitimacy of an elected government like a privilege they get to revoke the minute the voters pick somebody they don't like. As DataRepublican puts it, almost any effective pushback against their NGOs counts as illegitimate in their book. Where is the outrage from the people who spent five years lecturing you about threats to democracy? Admiral Smith, Ms. Reiff, Dr. Zeitz… release every recording in full and explain to the American people, under oath, exactly what you were planning for the day after.

@CraigDMauger I just tried to pull the names of the 700 doctors (if there really are that many). The list according to AI says it is not publicly available and that only the first initials are listed for names for the few that are listed. Can you look into this?

Keep this up! Can we get this in every state now? Cone on Republicans. Everyone post to get out the vote. This is important. We need to pull together to spread our reach. Record turnout matters. Record turnout from Republicans saves seats and may even win blue seats. It’s all about the turnout. Leave no vite on the table. That’s how we win.
