As riquezas do Brasil! 🇧🇷

Hi @andreajenkyns, why did you delete the video of yourself with Paolo Zampoli talking about how you had just had lunch together? Is it because you realised the House Judiciary Committee investigation stated he was “an active participant” in Jeffery Epstein's alleged sex trafficking? Or was it that the FBI said he arranged a model’s visa before she was recruited to give a massage at Epstein’s house, where Epstein allegedly raped her? Or is it the civil lawsuit he’s facing over the alleged drugging and raping of Victoria Drake? And you think he’s “amazing”. That’s a lot of promises you’re making there, Mayor.

Ian seems to suggest that quietly holding a piece of paper should be responded to with “police dogs and horses and truncheons” (oh my!) You can always trust a genocide cheerleader to respond to peace with violence. It truly is all they know.
What would happen if football fans this afternoon blocked the roads and pavements, ignored the police and told them not to interrupt them? There’d be police dogs and horses and truncheons. These ridiculous self-reverential, virtuous and entitled fools could “support Palestine” in any number of legal ways but think the law shouldn’t apply to them. Pathetic.

ONE MAN LEFT We are once again asking for the Met to offer a shred of consistency if they are going to enforce this unjust and absurd law. After hundreds were arrested outside the US Embassy in London, one man was ignored. End the madness. Lift The Ban on Palestine Action.

Leaked videos have circulated showing incitement and intimidation tactics used by Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara during election campaigns; Netanyahu is seen inciting using a megaphone against Arab voters, while Sara Netanyahu appears in another clip frantically urging supporters to mobilize, claiming "the Arabs and the Left are flooding in."

Their whole existence relies on theft.

Explosive admission! The head of the Mossad, David Barnea, admits that Israel used ordinary Iranians as tools to protect Mossad operatives in the country. Rarely will you find a more crude admission of how Israel deliberately and carelessly put thousands of people it claimed it sought to liberate in harm’s way: In June 2025, the Israeli spy agency deliberately published multiple videos in real time of its agents acting against in Iran to compel the Iranian government to arrest as many people as possible. “We wanted to make sure they arrested so many people in Iran that they wouldn’t be able to distinguish the wheat [the actual Mossad agents] from the chaff and would eventually release everyone,” he said. “You have to imagine that when you arrest 21,000 people, even if you’ve caught an agent or two, eventually you have to release them... the IRGC would have no way of knowing who was a real agent with such a vast number of detainees." Barnea added that many of those arrested or executed by the IRGC as “Mossad agents” had nothing to do with the agency. jpost.com/middle-east/iran-n…

May those who live, work or holiday on top of this have nightmares about what lies beneath them. May they imagine the cries of the dying and may it keep them awake at night.

This geezer has done a great job ensuring that vast chunks of the Epstein files are not released. Now he's doing another great job, though it doesn't quite fit the MAGA agenda.

GRAVEYARD SHIFT A few more officers have just arrived to pick off the remaining signholders outside the US Embassy in London. The peaceful protesters had been peacefully holding “I oppose genocide - I support Palestine Action” signs for around 11 hours. wedonotcomply.org

As someone who loves Uppsala University (I was even selected as alumni of the year in 2016), I am so proud of its students for confronting former German foreign minister Annalena Baerbock for her undeniable complicity in Israel’s genocide in Gaza. It is a disgrace that she was asked to deliver the Dag Hammarskjöld Lecture in the first place. Hammarskjöld must be rolling in his grave. But it is a sign of how far Sweden - and its institutions - have veered off its old path of supporting international law, peace and multilateralism. And as it has abandoned the very values that earned Sweden the soft power it still partially enjoys today, Sweden has become an increasingly irrelevant player on the international stage. For instance, it's been almost two months since the Swedish elections, and the country still doesn't have a new government in place. Yet, no one on the international stage seems to have taken note, let alone cared about Sweden's political chaos. Sweden used to be a moral superpower that punched way above its weight. Now, no one even notices it. These students in Uppsala, however, give me hope for Sweden. PS. Baerbock defended and legitimized Israeli attacks on civilian infrastructure in Gaza, and she ensured that Germany’s military support for Israel's genocide continued.

“WE ARE PALESTINE ACTION” The brave group of remaining signholders are now chanting “we are Palestine Action” while holding their “terrorist” signs. They’re coaxing the police to arrest them and to show consistency if they truly believe this law is to be enforced.

Imagine you lived here with this pack of dogs running loose, uncontrolled and your pets were in the area. Members of hunts are deservedly called 'Hunt Scum' and some of them have no qualms about physically attacking people too.
Blackmore and Sparkford Vale Hunt rampaging through Purse Caundle at their opening meet today. They have a Community Protection Notice but were going fox hunting no matter what. Their huntsman is already convicted, two more trials are coming up. They simply do not care.

UN Commissioner Chris Sidoti explained why so many children have been killed and injured in Gaza, pointing to two factors. The first is Israel’s military strategy of total destruction since October 7, 2023. The second, he said, is that Israeli forces deliberately targeted children, citing two brothers aged 9 and 10 killed by an Israeli drone while gathering firewood for their family, about 100 meters from the yellow line. The commission concluded that the killing of children was deliberate, not accidental, a conclusion that rests on eyewitness testimony, video, satellite images, medical reports, and the posts of Israeli soldiers themselves.

If you're from an left-wing party and you're briefing The Times about factional issues, you have lost your political compass. It's fine - and appropriate, and good! - to have disputes about strategy and tactics and ideas. It's productive to debate and contest positions and organise collectively. But briefing The Times is not doing that. It's running to a media that wants to see the Greens destroyed or irrelevant, and helping them.
This is from Adrian Ramsay briefing the Times today. Adrian and Ellie, who will almost certainly lose their seats, and Carolyn, will have to answer for the deeply dehumanising language they’ve relentlessly directed at Green Party members. They should be under no illusion that people will move on and forget.

“I studied law. I reject the Gaza genocide accusation” might be one of the most absurd sentences ever written. Studying law does not automatically make your opinion worthy of consideration. I also studied law— and have practiced for 15 years— and see ample evidence of genocide. Along with many other people who “studied law.” That opinion, by the way, is shared by every reputable human rights organization.
