As Kenyans we need to value the products of our education system. Let us utilize our young people.
Kenya needs to consider establishing a law on euthanasia / assisted dying laws. Personally, if I ever get to a point where my survival depends on specialized care where I cannot eat or bath or walk, I absolutely consent to be killed.
God, do not let me die before I dismantle the Land Surveyors Board of Kenya. And if I do, make them accompany me. The whole geospatial sector and land administration in Kenya will be much better without them.

Sooner or later you'll realize that having multiple women leads to nothing. It's just a waste of time and money.
In Kenya, professionals have been reduced to money making machines for the tycoons who are taking up all contracts in the country and hiring a team to do the work. They compromise on many factors to maximize profits. It's no longer the professional firms being hired
The NCA says the collapsed Eastleigh building was registered under number 53128815710410.
We decided to check its official database, but the registration number was nowhere to be found.

All geospatial folks,
Pursuant to the Article 35 of the Constitution of Kenya and Section 8 of the Access to Information Act, I have this morning transmitted to the Land Surveyors Board @kenya_lsb via email, the following letter relating to licensing of land surveyors in Kenya.
Pia mimi soon I'll be getting my first suit ever purposely to wear as I move to court to end this gatekeeping of Geospatial Folks once and for all. Sina pesa ya lawyer so it'll be me, my suit and ChatGPT against these devils
If you're Maina and pursuing an engineering related course, you migjt want to change your name mapema. You have a seriously bad precedent. The famous 'Engineer Maina' stands out as the most notorious scammer among Kenya's professional circles.
Ep 2 is here. Depite using AI, I still took 2 months to come up with this.
Reason: Inability of AI to follow instructions and render properly.
Still, AI has a long way to go. However, it's still enough warning that AI will replace many professionals.

Forgive the slight inconsistencies but boy don’t you just love AI?😃🔥
This simple animation took me a solid 2 weeks to put together, of course since it's freemium.

Fellow Kenyans, sijui nani huwafanyia survey work because here is a list of addresses of ALL the 181 licensed surveyors in Kenya. Clearly, as I've always said, most counties do NOT have a single licensed surveyor.
@CourtHelicopter can we sue the Ministry of Lands for denying Kenyans access to licensed professionals?
@C_NyaKundiH Habari ndio hiyo.
Anyone that argues that approved assistants can conduct survey work should refer the same law (Surveying Regulation, 1994) under clause 33(4). Work done by an assistant MUST be under the direct supervision of the licensed surveyor.
Surveying comprises of field work and office work. Field work is more critical as it forms the foundation of the work. Therefore it's NOT possible for a licensed surveyor in Nairobi to simultaneously supervise work being conducted by his assistants located in different parts of the country.
The logical conclusion is that most survey work is happening ILLEGALLY!! and all land instruments like Title Deeds being produced as a result of illegal surveys can be nullified. Ama niaje @Thuranira_1 ?
Replying to @MaxwellMbae @CourtHelicopter
The Land Surveyors Board is required by the law (Survey Regulations, 1994 clause 6) to keep a register of the permanent addresses of surveyors in Kenya.
The summary above is based on the current register of Land Surveyors (lsb.go.ke/register).
