Users must digitally identify themselves using Login.gov, ID.me, a federal personal identity verification card or credentials from CMS’ Enterprise User Administration or Identity Management system to create an account. In addition to providers and payers, designated third-party representatives, CMS-certified dispute arbitrators and other parties involved in the IDR process can create an account to navigate disputes.

As you may know from the CY2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule proposed rule, CMS projected G2211 utilization at 38%. Actual use? Just 11%, according to a @Health_Affairs article.
That's right - a 27-point miss. Even political pollsters would blush.
Translation: Inflated use projections depress Medicare payments across specialties. Less from the pot to go around. This, along with other fee schedule policies, has been death by a thousand cuts for independent specialty practices.
