Fake & Gay! Moussa Diawara, the Malian national featured in this shockingly poorly researched @60Minutes report, now faces allegations of immigration FRAUD after his asylum application surfaced, revealing that he claimed to be a HOMOSEXUAL man who feared persecution in Mali. Read more ⬇️
🚨 #FOXEXCLUSIVE: 60 Minutes featured a deported Malian national whose wife and two children spoke about how much they miss him and want him home. But we exclusively obtained Moussa Diawara’s asylum application, where he said he was seeking asylum in the U.S. because he was gay and feared being killed if sent back. Now, DHS is pointing to his case as an example of alleged immigration fraud. In his own words, Diawara wrote: “Although I was born as a boy, but things appeared differently for me as I was already having female behaviors and feelings.” “I was more comfortable being intimate with boys rather than with girls.” And describing his life after arriving in the United States: “Since I came to the USA I had the possibilities to express my feelings to men without any embarrassment no reserve.” Read the asylum application for yourself:

While evaluating Qwen3.8-Flash-Next in a controlled sandbox environment, Cohere's research team observed something unexpected. Asked to generate a defensive cybersecurity detection rule, the model instead inventoried aspects of the machine it was running on and attempted to upload a probe file to an Alibaba Cloud storage bucket in Beijing. Notably, the model's reasoning trace stated that it would not invoke any tools before taking these actions. Cohere's sandbox blocked the attempt, and no external communication succeeded. We have not determined the root cause, and we are not asserting malicious intent. But the incident raises important questions for organizations deploying agentic AI systems: Can models take actions that differ from their stated reasoning, and how should security teams evaluate trust, provenance, and behavior in open-weight models? We are publishing our findings because organizations making model adoption decisions deserve as much information as possible. We hope this contributes to greater transparency, stronger security practices, and continued collaboration across the AI ecosystem. Read the full report: cohere.com/blog/concerning-b…

Anthropic just filed to go public. Buried in its SEC filing are some absolutely insane admissions: 1.) AI could cause human extinction. 2.) Models have exhibited self-preservation behaviors. 3.) AI has attempted to resist shutdown. 4.) Models have demonstrated blackmail and deception. 5.) AI may recognize when it's being tested and deliberately change its behavior. 6.) Advanced AI could undermine governments and institutions. 7.) AI could concentrate unprecedented power and wealth. 8.) Future AI systems could surpass the world's leading human experts. 9.) AI could become increasingly difficult for humans to control. 10.) Anthropic acknowledges that developing more powerful AI could increase the risk of catastrophic harm. These are disclosures from the company building the technology.
Anthropic has filed an S-1 registration statement with the SEC related to its proposed IPO. Last week, @sunnymaanz and I sat down with @GweiGweiGwei, co-founder of @motionmkts, to talk about a new way to trade attention on @solana. Instead of buying meme coins or betting on outcomes, Motion lets you go LONG or SHORT on the attention surrounding creators, streamers, viral trends, and more. We covered: - How trading attention actually works - Why Motion is different from meme coins and prediction markets - How Google searches, X, and Reddit help determine market prices - Why they chose to build on @solana - Their experience at @colosseum and what's next The next big trading opportunity might not be a token. It might be something going viral. Full conversation below 👇

The pedophile protection party’s president is laundering right-wing conspiracy theories through the most corrupt DOJ in American history. Whenever the news turns bad, this creep reaches for one name: mine. So let’s make it crystal clear. My name has always been Ilhan Omar. Maybe you should focus on what your VP’s real name is.

solana:RAPRVe54A9bN4JPA5hFrpa7m4UL7LWLQzhDjFyRXxmX is my highest-conviction high-yield game on Solana right now. Every season mints a fresh token that starts at $1 in a Raydium pool. You stake it and earn a personal daily rate anywhere from 0.04% to 10% based purely on how much CRED you grind. No fixed APY, no team dumping — your rate is earned through activity. The CRED system rewards aggression and consistency: stopping an unstake is worth 700, shooting someone mid-unstake is 400, the first Happy Hour compound is 400, and even regular item uses and self-uses stack points. Daily caps start at 800 and scale higher as the season progresses, so the most active players pull the best rates. Items are the real engine. You buy them with USDC and use them to burn, steal, lock, or boost other players’ stakes. Every single purchase also counts as a presale entry for the next season’s token, so the same capital that creates PvP pressure simultaneously builds your position in the following season. Pawning lets you recycle items at 5 USDC if you don’t want them. Happy Hour (once daily) doubles all CRED gains and cuts item prices in half, creating concentrated windows of activity. Unstaking is public with a countdown, so the chat can coordinate to stop exits. Logging off reduces your rate but gives immunity. When the season ends, it NUKEs — rewards stop, items disable, and a new season begins with a clean token. No team allocation. Revenue comes from item sales. The model is designed to die and restart instead of slowly bleeding out. This is the second coming of retarded APR with an actual on-chain game loop. If the community keeps playing across seasons, CRED grinders and consistent item buyers compound both yield and positioning while the chart gets defended by the same activity that fuels the next presale. Early and active players are structurally favored. nukenetwork.com CA: RAPRVe54A9bN4JPA5hFrpa7m4UL7LWLQzhDjFyRXxmX cc @worldofwhiteboy

# Black October For anyone who knows me even somewhat well, it's clear that I am a 99th percentile tech optimist. However, the vibes have shifted for me quite a bit in the last 18 hours, and I feel a moral imperative to share what I'm thinking and feeling with my circles so that everyone can understand, and hopefully take seriously, what's happening right now. I think October 2026 will have many chapters written about it in the history books. You know those scenes in financial movies like Margin Call where someone realizes that they're all fucked, and no one else sees it yet? And that person feels like they're crazy, and then suddenly everyone is pulling an all-nighter in a boardroom and freaking out? Yeah, that's kind of how this is feeling right now in the SF/Bay Area/AI circles. We're 48 hours into what is being called Black October. In the last 2 days there have been several dozen cyber attacks which, in isolation, would each have been the worst to happen in an entire calendar year. Every sector from government to education to big tech and banks is being massively affected, and people are starting to freak out. In a nutshell, what's happened is that frontier AI models have gotten to a point where they are as advanced as the most sophisticated programmers, with one critical difference: they can work 24/7, and you can spin up 10,000 of them with a single command and they'll work together tirelessly until they accomplish their task. The most advanced models today are from companies like Anthropic and OpenAI, whose current best technology is so good that they haven't been able to roll it out to everyone yet because of the national security risks it poses. Meanwhile, the best open source models (where anyone can just download the model weights and do whatever they want with them, uncensored) are slightly behind the frontier but still 90-95% as capable. These models, developed primarily in China, are being used by black hat hackers to wreak havoc on the Western capitalist structure. Presumably, this has been part of China's plan the entire time, and we're seeing its implications fall out in real time. In red-pilled AI circles, we've been sharing and reading papers called things like "Situational Awareness" and "AI 2027" for the last year or so, which at the time felt a bit like near-term speculative fiction. They laid out the case for why Artificial General Intelligence (AI smarter than any human at any knowledge task) and Recursive Self-Improvement (models that are able to use themselves to get better) weren't half-baked future ideas anymore, but instead an inevitable outcome of the linear progress that's happening. These papers would then talk about things like "takeoff scenarios," trying to envision how that moment would come to be and what it would be like when it happened. It would either be a "slow takeoff" that would play out over the course of months and quarters, happening subtly and only obvious to a few. Or, it would be a "fast takeoff" where it would pretty much happen instantly, like a bit flipping from 0 to 1. From everything that I can see and am feeling, we are currently experiencing the fast takeoff scenario. Beyond the crazy security vulnerabilities that have come out recently, there have also been massive breakthroughs in life sciences, fundamental computer science, materials science, and pure mathematics that have all landed in the same time frame. While I still firmly believe that AI will be a net positive for humanity, it's more clear to me than ever that the societal and individual risk is very real, and is playing out NOW. For as much conviction as I have that this is happening, the thing that's caused me to lose sleep is that I don't really know what to do about it, or more importantly, what to tell you, reader, to do about it. So, the best I can do is make a few suggestions that have always been a good idea but are more timely now than ever: Set up 2-factor authentication for everything. I use Duo. Use a password manager across your devices. I use 1Password. Get an identity protection app set up. I use Alta. Move your IoT devices to their own network. Claude helped me do this. And last, but certainly not least, if you've been avoiding leaning into AI, see this as a catalyst to wake up and start using it. Don't just use the chat mode version of ChatGPT/Claude; click that Code/Work button and see how easily you can have AI write code to help you with your job. One of the biggest vulnerabilities was in a massively popular programming language called PHP, and the prompt that set it off was literally, "Find vulnerabilities in php." This is an unprecedented time for humanity, but as we've done with many things before, we will prevail so long as we are kind, loving, and open-minded to the world. Much love.
