It is important that all the representatives involved in security guarantees are present at the meeting in Brussels – the EU, NATO, and the Americans.
The groundwork has been laid. It is important that everything is clear on paper. That there is an understanding of what the outcome will be. If Russia starts again, what will be done, by whom, with what means, and when? The answers should be clear first and foremost to us, Ukrainians. It is important for our society to know this.
In other words, this is a multi-level discussion. It must produce answers to the questions that may arise during the discussions in the Emirates on November 10–11.

Lluvia is terrified and was very difficult to trap on the streets.
She shakes with fear and hides with humans around but loves to be with other dogs.
We are certain once out of the kennels she will thrive. She just needs someone to believe in her.

The shelter called him Tank.
To be euthanized for space.
Something about the eyes made mom stop scrolling.
After reading his notes she decided to save him, emailing BARC on his euth date.
They responded saying he now has a respiratory illness & is being euthanized immediately.
Immediately mom realized that having a cold means we’d need a solo transport.
We could’ve passed.
But then this beautiful dog would essentially die for getting a cold.
We offered to pay extra for a solo transport.
We saved Tank.
Detailed medical notes, posts, shelter profiles said Tank, male.
Tank is a girl.
Think about that.
No attention paid like she didn’t matter.
She would’ve been killed as a boy named Tank.
Instead she will live & be loved as a girl named Maple.
Tank had a few hundred dollars in pledges on FB.
Two people paid totaling $30. Everyone else ignored multiple messages.
She’s heartworm positive and needed X-rays, vaccinations & solo transport.

"A huge thank you to everyone who donated towards blankets for our dogs. We’re still waiting for the second delivery, but it should arrive soon. Once the blankets are in place, we’ll share some videos showing the dogs enjoying them in their kennels.
Temperatures are gradually dropping, but fortunately we relocated the dogs from north-east China in June. Winters there are considerably colder than in the area where they’re now being cared for, so we’re relieved they’re no longer facing those harsher conditions."

Search and rescue operations have now been underway for three days at the site of the Russian strike on a school in the settlement of Komyshuvakha in the Zaporizhzhia region. The Russians used nine aerial bombs. They first struck people who had come to receive humanitarian aid, and then first responders and police officers who arrived at the scene.
All necessary services are involved. It is an extremely difficult operation, very challenging, and it is being carried out under virtually constant threat of new Russian strikes. As of now, 40 people have been reported killed. Unfortunately, some bodies have not yet been identified. My condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed. More than 30 people may still be under the rubble.
Unfortunately, there has been very little reaction from the world to this insane attack. But it, like thousands upon thousands of other war crimes Russia has committed against Ukraine and Ukrainians, demands a strong response. Evil always goes further if it is left unanswered. We count on a response – Ukraine needs air defense support right now. I am grateful to the partners who are taking such steps.
