Found some of my old Taekwondo things from when I was a kid. Started at 4 and trained in various arts until I was 18. So grateful for my up bringing and family who supported me and gave me a wonderful life. Not everyone has that. I did and still fucked my life up for a bit💉🥄🩸

Contrary to what Rogan said about scoring in the Islam vs Volk fight, you do not get scored for "getting up from a takedown." Can't believe we're in 2023 and people don't know how scoring works.

Zubaira Tukhugov should be cut from the UFC. To move up to a new division 10lbs heavier and STILL miss weight is a serious lack of discipline and respect for the game and opponents. He probably only prays 3.5 times a day too.

Scale very clearly stops rising for about half a second before clearing the weight. We’d be here all day if we waited for a beam scale to stay completely still. Anyone who does this knows when the weight is on and when it is off. How embarrassing.

Probably the most well rounded fighter in the UFC. If you had a point system for all facets of fighting, I’m quite confidence Yan would the highest collective score. There’s nothing he doesn’t do well if not impeccably. His biggest flaw is how judges perceive his high guard shell
