It was George Lucas who first said all of this about Anakin-maxxing (NYT, 1999): "The United States, especially the media, is eating its own tail. The media has a way of leveling everything in its path, which is not good for a society. There's no respect for the office of the Presidency. Not that we need a king, but there's a reason why kings built large palaces, sat on thrones and wore rubies all over. There's a whole social need for that, not to oppress the masses, but to impress the masses and make them proud and allow them to feel good about their culture, their government and their ruler so that they are left feeling that a ruler has the right to rule over them, so that they feel good rather than disgusted about being ruled. In the past, the media basically worked for the state and was there to build the culture. Now, obviously, in some cases it got used in a wrong way and you ended up with the whole balance of power out of whack. But there's probably no better form of government than a good despot."

Male R candidates need to be carefully vetted for handsomeness, facial symmetry, good gonial angles, clear skin, trim build, thick hair.
Basically 99% of the GOP candidates who lost failed the most basic looksmaxxer test, even when adjusted for age.
This seems silly, but I want you to remember who the customers are for the product the GOP is trying to sell.
Brandon Gill won easily for a reason. Adbul did too, for a similar reason (although his manlet muscular appeal is lost on me)
I'm not kidding, I think Clavicular should be consulting on America First candidate physiognomy.

If you talk long enough to men you'll come to realize that very few of them believe they have a right to exist and so feel compelled to earn it.

My friend just returned home from a trip to find his basement flooding. He called for help on the neighborhood signal chat and pretty soon eight guys showed up.
Strikes me as a solid metaphor for the day after a national cataclysm. Serious damage, work ahead, and yet there was something heartening about the simple fact of one's guys showing up a moment's notice. This is the only way forward. A nation of atomized individuals and consumers and economic units is pretty much done for. The only hope is for a country full of bands of men who have each other's backs. Rebuilding starts in the neighborhood.
"All the people that do what they're told stopped reproducing and we were left with.."
Sounds like another problem we have
it’s kind of crazy how Bob Barker’s “get your pets spayed or neutered!” seemingly solid good pro-animal advocacy has slowly led to such an incredible decline in non-pit dogs such that if you don’t spend a ton and go out of your way to get a non-pit, then all there is are pits.
it’s like the unwinding of the long creation of the beloved dog replaced by some violent animal instead. and done without intention and even without most people noticing just by following nice, reasonable, kind soft left policies.
many such cases.

I need a new hairstylist because mine had a newborn. She was nice and never ruined my hair. Is there a nice way to call up a salon and ask them if the can book me with their hottest hairstylist? I need an absolute 10/10 smokeshow to cut my hair so she'll feel secure in her status in the hierarchy and won't hack it too short in a display of covert intrasexual competition.

You want to know a clear difference between virtue signaling and actually preaching virtue? People give you head pats for virtue signaling. That's why people do it.
But holy shit do people HATE YOU if you actually commend virtue.

As a longtime moderate Democrat in Michigan and a closeted homosexual, I am proud of Haley Stevens for her courage and integrity. Country over party. She made the right choice for Michigan and she has my continued support.

JUST IN: Dearborn, Michigan Poll Worker, Speaking in Arabic, Tells Undercover Reporter He Can Vote for U.S. Senate Despite Saying He’s Not a U.S. Citizen — Just Not President
“Only for U.S. President you can’t vote, but the others you can” is: “بس لرئيس أميركا ما فيك تصوّت، بس للباقيين فيك تصوّت.”
Under 18 U.S.C. § 611, noncitizens are prohibited from voting in federal elections, including U.S. Senate races, subject to narrow exceptions.

.@MIT What are you doing about this?
🤯🤬
“I may just try to get some $$…”
“…I saw that a girl sued NYU for one racist comment and got 2 million dollars…”
“But honestly maybe I’d rather get grants and paper acceptances than money…”
—MIT’s MeToo hoaxers Dr. Kristin Knouse and Izabella Pena discuss the anticipated spoils of their war against David Sabatini at MIT:
Pena hoped for a cash payout of some kind while Knouse wanted career favors she hadn’t earned.
(It’s also interesting how Knouse seemed intent on blaming Sabatini for her own stalling career and lack of productivity, despite the fact that he seemed to have bent over backward trying to offer mentorship and emotional support, no strings attached.)

Wow. I’m a lifelong Michigan Democrat. My 19-year-old Filipina wife and I were planning on voting for Abdul El-Sayed, especially after our neighbor’s son was blown up by an IDF missile in Gaza. After seeing this, though, we will also be voting for Mike Rogers. Thank you Haley!!
