Rabid Responder Takes a Swing at an ICE Agent in New Caney, Texas Rabid Responder in New Caney, Texas takes a swing at an agent (see 0:30 mark) after obstructing the agents arresting a DUI illegal alien. The illegal alien not only violently resisted arrest, but also bit one of the agents. One of the bystanders even picks up a large rock to throw at the agents as the guy who took a swing earlier yells, "YES! YES!" encouraging him to assault the agents. New Caney is an unincorporated community in Montgomery County, just north of Houston. Under federal law, assaulting, resisting or impeding a federal officer is a crime. It carries up to 8 years in prison when there's physical contact, and up to 20 years when a dangerous weapon is used or the officer is injured. This is what happens when you have a coward (@SecMullinDHS) running DHS and an AG (@AGToddBlanche) who refuses to indict these people obstructing ICE agents. I have the name of the guy who assaulted the agents AG Blanche if you are actually willing to do your freaking job. How many more agents have to get bitten, swung at and threatened with rocks before somebody gets indicted? @POTUS needs to clean house now that the midterms are over and it needs to be done sooner than later.
