The amount of people who think the Learjet crash in Florida was anything but a jet crash baffles me.
Consumption of conspiracy theory videos have rotted their brains.

🇺🇸❤️ The future President and First Lady of the United States?
What's your response?
Do you agree? YES or NO?

I have way more aviation experience than about ~95% of the people on this app.
My take?
I'm not saying anything. Don't listen to the audio. Hug your wife and kids. Thank God you woke up today. Pet your dog and go for a walk or something.
I had a hard enough time being a decent pilot and a half decent parent.
Here on @X we have people who themselves are expert pilots, international diplomacy experts, political campaign experts, policy experts, financial experts, fitness experts, peptide experts, and parenting experts all at the same time.
Thank goodness you guys are experts at everything. No idea where we would be without you.

Writing this in my personal capacity, but I have been flying these types of aircraft for more than 20 years, with over 8,000 hours, and have reasonable familiarity with how the charter world operates. I feel compelled to post after seeing commentary about the Lear 60 crash, from missile strikes to DEI to critiquing this poor woman’s final radio calls.
That last part is what I find most troubling. She was the second-in-command (SIC), and while she was empowered to point out mistakes as part of good crew resource management, she was doing her job, communicating with ATC right to the end in a terrifying situation. She likely knew before many of those calls that she was going to die. I have heard final calls from friends, from military pilots with thousands of hours in fighter aircraft, and they are just as heartbreaking because they know the end is approaching.
I understand the public interest given the footage and audio. But you do not know the aircraft’s maintenance history, whether there was a structural failure, if any failure was induced by turbulence, overspeed, or overcontrol, or everything happening in that cockpit. I am sure weather will be part of the investigation, but beyond that, it is speculation. The charter industry routinely hires commercial pilots very early in their careers to gain experience alongside an ATP-qualified captain before they move up to the airlines. She would still have the appropriate training, qualifications, and checkouts by an FAA examiner or designee.
Let people investigate, learn, and share the facts. Be respectful to those who perished and the families who carry their memories. God bless them and their loved ones.

that's awful. So Young.
But at the same time, why is a 20 year old flying a $2 Million dollar aircraft ?

A pilot with knowledge, experience, logic, & compassion. A family friend of mine flys chartered Lear jets as his full time job & stated the exact thing this pilot does.🙏🏼
When you just blatantly lie like this, it makes you a clown to never be trusted again. Trump isn’t going to nuke Iran. You’re not a serious person anymore.
Under pressure from Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Trump administration may be within days of launching a nuclear strike on Iran. The target would be Pickax Mountain in central Iran, where Israeli intelligence claims the Iranian government has restarted its nuclear enrichment program. No conventional weapon in the American arsenal can penetrate 300 feet of solid granite to destroy the tunnels where enrichment is supposedly taking place. The only military option is a nuclear strike. Netanyahu has been pushing hard for one. “Bibi calls Trump about it every day,” says an informed observer.
Netanyahu is cornered and desperate. After last week’s election results, he can’t form a government unless Trump intervenes directly in Israeli politics and brokers a deal with other parties that gives Netanyahu 61 seats in the Knesset. Otherwise, he is out as prime minister and on his way to ignominy, investigations and possibly jail. Netanyahu must stay close to Trump. He needs this war.
To that end, he’s applied maximum pressure to his closest allies in the administration, including Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and CENTCOM commander Brad Cooper. Both oppose a negotiated settlement to the war they’ve so grievously mismanaged; both are pushing to restart major combat operations. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and CIA director John Ratcliffe are also following Netanyahu’s lead, as are leaders of the Democratic Party. In a recent meeting on the subject, former president Barack Obama said he opposes the current Iran peace deal being drafted in Doha.
The rest of America’s longtime allies in the Middle East are terrified by the prospect of more war. On September 27th, Netanyahu flew secretly to Abu Dhabi to enlist the UAE in his lobbying effort for a final attack on Iran. The Emiratis refused. After eight months of conflict, Gulf economies are teetering. So are global energy and fertilizer markets. They won’t recover soon. Globally, there are a total of about 850 supertankers used to transport oil from producers to the rest of the world. In October alone, 11 of them were badly damaged in Hormuz. At this pace, a global depression is imminent. A nuclear strike would radically accelerate the destruction. Fallout from a ground explosion at Pickax Mountain would contaminate the Persian Gulf, poisoning the water supply for 100 million people.
And those are just some of the immediate consequences for the region. The rest of the world is every bit as exposed. No country other than the United States has ever used a nuclear weapon in war. Some would like to. An American nuclear attack on Iran would set a new precedent. The Russians have already told at least two other governments that an American nuclear strike on Iran would free them to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine. Pakistan and India would be tempted to do the same against each other, as would North Korea against Seoul. After the first nuclear strike, World War Three is inevitable. That war would be short and final.
We’ve been sleepwalking toward this moment for months. Since February, the administration has quietly rewritten America’s nuclear doctrine to make first use of so-called “battlefield nukes” easier and therefore more likely. No one in Washington in either party seems bothered by this. Now we’re on the brink of it.
Close observers say Trump is likely to decide by next weekend whether or not to use nuclear weapons. That would be November 7, six days from now. To his credit, he’s hesitating. At the moment, Trump is listening to his vice president, JD Vance, and to his envoy and friend Steve Witkoff, both of whom argue a deal with Iran can be made.
They’re right, though it won’t be simple. The Iranians are famously frustrating to negotiate with under any circumstances, and elements of that government have become more radical since Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his family were killed in February. After decades of isolation, even relatively moderate Iranian leaders seem confused by how decisions are made in the West. (There is a widespread belief in Tehran, for example, that the United States government controls Israel.) But overall, people who have spoken to decision-makers in Iran say there is consensus there that more war is bad for everyone and a deal is worth making.
One group that hasn’t been consulted so far is the global population — the hundreds of millions of people who will be killed along with their children if Trump is pushed by Netanyahu into launching a nuclear strike next week. Now would be the time for them to speak up.

Opinions are ok.
Private isn’t for everyone.
Misinformation is not ok.
Flying through a major thunderstorm in any type of aircraft, airline or private, is potentially lethal.

What are you carrying on about. RLUSD was minted on Ethereum and the XRPL from day 1 of RLUSD’s existence two years ago. It is hardly a new revelation as you make out. This happened at a time when many in the XRP community like you were drooling about the prospect of Ripple acquiring circle to obtain USDC.
In the first year the % of RLUSD minted on the RLUSD was between 10 and 20% and a few months ago it rose to over 50% and more than 1 billion on the RLUSD.
Imagine trying to FUD the XRPL on this issue when you don’t know the facts. 😮💨
Bloomberg’s Isabelle Lee just delivered the ultimate institutional checkmate, and @bgarlinghouse’s defense completely collapses under cold financial metrics.
Brad openly admits on live TV that only "about half" of RLUSD is issued on top of the XRP Ledger. This is the official confirmation of what we’ve been tracking all week: the rest of your institutional stablecoin volume is heavily routed via Ethereum and Base networks, completely bypassing XRPL utility!
While @bgarlinghouse pushes verbal slogans about XRP being "at the heart," corporate execution tells a different story. Tonight, Ripple revealed its annualized revenue is tripling to $900 MILLION in 2026, while @xrp remains stagnant at $1.25. Why? Because you engineered RLUSD to hold the Tier 1 capital value inside the National Trust Bank, downgrading XRP to a 3-second transient gas ticket settled for fractions of a penny.
Influencers like @SMQKEDQG parade "network traffic" to sell subscription courses, but long-term capital allocators since 2017 see the structural hollowing out of tokenomics. We funded your OCC banking charter with our life savings—we demand immediate market execution on the spot price past $15/$20+, not boardroom distractions to insulate your corporate equity. 🛑💥 #XRPCommunity

Bitcoin is officially 18 years old. Leonardo DiCaprio has decided it’s too old for him and moved his port to solana.
Elizabeth Warren is sending smoke signals to her voters.
But Tuesday night she’s gonna be on the warpath, when she loses bigly.
.@AngieNixon won her Florida primary while being outspent 16 to 1. She didn’t soften her message or chase corporate donors. She won by fighting for working people. Now let’s finish the job. Florida, vote early and send Angie to the Senate.
