I believe that in a decade or so basic writing skills will be considered an exceptional talent due to everyone depending on AI to write things for them.
And you can join this future league of âwritersâ by merely refraining to dumb down your brain by relying on AI for words.

Are people really this stupid to not understand that the gratification of creating art comes from the challenge of it?
Art isnât a problem to solve. The process of doing something difficult from start to finish is literally the ENTIRE point of it.

These people are so desperate to be artists, when they lack the talent or will to actually become one, its really sad. AI isn't the cool kid thing. You're the rich kid buying your way through school. You're the bully stealing another kids homework. In short, you're a loser.
AI filmmaking and storytelling is punk rock. Itâs hip hop. Itâs counterculture. Itâs a new type of creativity. Itâs a new medium. Itâs hated by the mainstream film and art establishment. It resists ideology. It ignores gate keeping. Itâs uncomfortable. Itâs scary. Itâs viral. Itâs accessible. Itâs refreshing. Itâs welcoming. Itâs here.

Sad to hear Ozzy died today. When I was in high school I discovered Sabbath. âWar Pigsâ was terrifying and mesmerizing at the same time. It was Ozzyâs voice that took me away to a dark universe. A great escape. Then when The âBlizzard of Ozzâ record came out I was instantly a fan. Randy Rhoads was an influence on me to play lead guitar. Luckily I got to play on the song âImmortalâ on the last record. Thanks for the music, Ozzy it makes our journey in life better. Mike McCready

itâs pretty staggering and damning to see the trajectory of the last quarter century of American studio filmmaking laid out like this lol

Giving tom cruise an f1 car is like giving a chimpanzee a nuke detonator
Tom Cruise in "F1" over Brad Pitt would've been "scaring us a little bit more" on set, says director Joseph Kosinksi.
âWeâd have had a crash,â quips action-vehicle supervisor Graham Kelly. âTom pushes it to the limit. I mean really to the limit. That terrifies me. I mean, Iâve done loads of âMission: Impossiblesâ with Tom and itâs the most stressful experience for someone like me building cars for him, doing stunts with him. Whereas Brad listens and he knows his abilities, and I think heâd be the first to say, âYeah, Iâm not going to do that.ââ

Zelda Williams (the daughter of the great Robin Williams) sure had a lot to say about the âStudio Ghibli styleâ AI images that have been trending recently.
I think those people should read these posts and really think about what theyâre doing.

I have to get this out... Hollywood is sabotaging itself and then acting surprised when the industry suffers. Theyâre training audiences to devalue theatrical releases, and then they blame âdeclining interestâ when people donât show up. Itâs a self-inflicted wound.
This whole "shorter theatrical window" strategy is pure greed disguised as innovation. They want to cut theaters out of the equation, but in doing so, theyâre gutting the entire ecosystem. Hype, anticipation, word-of-mouthâall of that dies when a movie goes from theaters to streaming in a matter of weeks. Instead of letting films breathe and build momentum, theyâre treating them like disposable content.
When they pushed streaming as the future, they killed off DVDs and Blu-rays, only to turn around and jack up streaming prices while removing movies at will. Theyâve conditioned audiences to expect convenience, but at what cost? The industry is eating itself alive. đżđ
"we want hollywood to make better movies"....no you don't, all these movies came out in the last 3 years and you've let them all flop, watch them instead of whining
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
âGodzilla Minus Oneâ was not a Hollywood production and did not flop. In fact, it is the highest-grossing Japanese film of all time in the U.S.
