When it comes to Ocarina of Time remake on the Switch 2, people like to repeat this talking point that the art was made after the original models. They avoid talking about the 3DS version which did use the original artwork.

The 3DS version remains the best version of the game if you want updated visuals. I'm actually playing it right now and enjoying every second as if it was the first time. Games just had it back then man.

While I'm enjoying the game, it feels like they removed a lot of the whimsical stuff that made it more charming. This is very noticeable in the dialogue, at least for me. Deku Tree doesn't talk in Shakespearean, either.
