Opened my laptop for the first time this break, starting a new role in a different school next week and found this lovely note from a member of my old class ❤️ Great advice that will definitely stay with me.

I've been in Newark today at John Hunt Academy, working with 60 Year 6 children. We have been making African masks.

If you work in a school with high deprivation, you also work in a school with high SEND. Double disadvantage for many pupils, double the challenge for your team. Important that everyone knows this. suttontrust.com/our-research…

Oasis’ opening night in Toronto was incredible! There’s something special about singing Live Forever and Champagne Supernova in the rain! I loved it, the husband loved it. Happy days! 🤩#OasisLive25 @LiveNation @oasis @Ticketmaster @Rogers_Stadium

I am the happiest I’ve been in such a long time. Time with my beautiful family is so important to me, especially with all the grief we’ve faced in the last five years. I miss my mum and dad so much but I know they’ll be looked down on me smiling. NYC & Toronto here we come ❤️

A major cheat code in life: Raising the energy of every room you walk in. Stand tall when others shrink. Optimistic when pessimism reigns. Present not distracted. Enthusiasm is rare. Contagious. And a choice. Be the one who elevates everyone else. Let your energy be magnetic.
