#ShineALight Well done, @KilsythAcademy, creating an opportunity to get this knowledge of adolescent brain development to parents and carers. I'm admiring of your leadership on this. @suzannezeedyk @EducationScot

Being a teenager is hard. Being the parent of a teenager is also hard. Ever wondered why your teen is moody? Are you finding it hard to set boundaries? Do you worry about their online activity? Join us on 7 February to find out more. @suzannezeedyk @DB_AKODS

Today @KilsythAcademy pupils are being set a task in their PSHE teams. This will guide them in how they can stay connected, check-in with someone they care about, and share any difficulties that they may be facing. #TimeToTalkDay @KA_MHA_Tweets @KAcaptains2021 @parentcouncilKa

Today we thank our teaching staff. It has, without doubt, been the most challenging of years. You have met the challenges head on. Online lessons, double periods, risk assessments, and so it goes on. You’ve been determined and resilient, and have continued to provide support.
