What is Q-Day? Explore quantum computing risks, harvest-now-decrypt-later attacks, NIST post-quantum standards, and practical cybersecurity preparation.
Ooo fingers crossed. Really love the pixelart of @zkunnamed.
Pick me, @heyitsnady ? 😉

🏛️ BREAKING: @Hashgraph, the development team behind @Hedera, has joined @The_DTCC Digital Assets Solutions Industry Working Group alongside 150+ industry participants.
Hashgraph will contribute expertise in institutional tokenization, private networks, and cross-ledger interoperability.
Regardless of the market condition, @Neverland_Money keeps on grinding!
Why you should join @0xhazels X @meetmotes campaign:
- Direct token upside: Top 500 split 0.5% of $MOTES with full unlock (no vesting).
- Staker advantage: Holding/staking Hazels NFTs gives multipliers, so existing community members have an edge.
- Early exposure: Motes is pre-TGE (token not live yet). Creating content now puts creators in front of the project and its community before wider launch.
- Merit-based: Scored on reach + quality against the brief (not just spam engagement).
- Low barrier to start: Connect X on Hazels Studio, join the campaign, and follow the brief.

Bullish the @0xhazels utilities - the girls feel the same way, too!
All unlisted, staked and busy making sYOURAI at 1.13x multiplier.
Hillions!
3 campaigns are now live on Hazels Studio.
Different projects. Different opportunities. One layer connecting them:
Hazels NFT ownership.
→ Staker multipliers across creator campaigns.
→ Staker-exclusive access through Drops.
→ New opportunities added as Studio expands.
This is what we mean by building utility around ownership.
Own. Stake. Participate.

Mainnet is on sight! 🦋
- All @quipnetwork core components are live: Quip Accounts, QuipSwap, Node Manager, both compute subnets, and the QVM.
- The last major step is an external security audit of the Quip chain code; mainnet (then TGE) follows the published findings.
- A unified app combining Accounts, QuipSwap, and Points launches soon!
- Quest and Mindshare points campaigns are ending (totals will appear on their sites + the unified app); each campaign has its own non-dilutive token allocation.
- Key stats: 27k+ quantum-resistant wallets, 1.5k+ peak testnet nodes, 227k Quantum Echoes mints, 23k+ testnet blocks.
We’re in the final stretch to mainnet 🦋
Accounts, swaps, points, compute subnets, and QVM are live on testnet, and coming together in one app.
One step left: an external chain audit.
Thanks to everyone who’s been a part of this.

Today's crypto news:
I started out late, but finally I reached the Rank #600 in the @quipnetwork Quest for $QUIP airdrop.
Setting up a node helps, and if I could win a block or two that would help - but I haven't been able to optimize my GPU... just yet.
Acurast base:0xc5fed7c8ccc75d8a72b601a66dffd7a489073f0b is doing quite okay, despite the overall crypto market uncertainties.
Price drivers:
- Network growth & real usage: Phones onboarded (reports of 250k–340k+), on-chain transactions (hundreds of millions to 1B+), and deployments (hundreds of thousands). Real AI workloads (e.g., Laya AI model, Hermes integration) demonstrate utility.
- AI + DePIN narrative: Positions as decentralized confidential compute for AI inference and secure apps—narrative that can attract attention independently of BTC.
- Exchange listings & access: Recent Bithumb (KRW pair, mid-Oct 2026) listing expands retail access and liquidity in a major market. Earlier listings (Kraken, Gate, KuCoin, MEXC, Binance Alpha, etc.).X
- Staking yields: Attractive rates (up to 15%+ on Gate and others) encourage holding/staking rather than selling.
- Transparency & reduced uncertainty: Public Token Transparency Framework filing (allocations, unlocks, no admin backdoors) has been cited as supporting more stable price action.
- Compute fee burn + rewards model: Developers pay in ACU (some burned); providers earn from inflation (mainly Staked Compute pool) + activity bonuses—links usage more directly to token economics than pure speculation.
- Volume spikes & specific buying: Thin books mean concentrated buying or attention can move price independently (as seen in recent double-digit to +30% moves while BTC is relatively flat).

Quantum Alliance agenda:
- Open standards body formed by contributors from nine blockchain organizations to define and verify "post-quantum readiness."
- Publish a shared public definition covering transaction signatures, key management, consensus, zero-knowledge systems, and peer-to-peer connections.
- Release open test criteria, benchmarks, and reference migration designs (for exposed keys, dormant accounts, and larger post-quantum signatures).
- Operate through four working groups: blockchain migration, post-quantum zero-knowledge systems, wallet security, and cross-chain compatibility.
- Modeled on the IETF: open participation, decisions based on public evidence, rough consensus, and working implementations; no voting weight from company size or token holdings; all outputs published openly.
- Motivated by elliptic-curve cryptography risks (theoretical vulnerability to quantum computers via Shor’s algorithm once public keys are exposed) and the lack of industry-wide, testable standards.
Founding Members:
- Quantus @QuantusNetwork
- American Fortress @Americanfort_io
- INTMAX @intmaxIO
- Keystone (hardware wallet) @KeystoneWallet
- Midnight Foundation @midnightfdn (network: @MidnightNtwrk)
- Postquant Labs / Quip Network @quipnetwork
- Abelian @PQabelian
- The Vault @thevault_soft
- Hacken @hackenclub
Note:
Quantum Alliance is standards body only; it cannot force protocol upgrades or migrations.
ICYMI: Postquant Labs, the team building Quip Network, and eight other organizations launched the Quantum Alliance to set shared post-quantum standards for blockchains and wallets.
