The People vs. Poison
It’s time to stop corporations from poisoning Americans. It’s time to stand together.
On April 27, the Supreme Court will hear a case called Monsanto vs. Durnell.
For years, Monsanto sold Roundup, a weed killer made with glyphosate, without warning people it could cause cancer. Internal documents show the company hid evidence and even helped write studies to make the product seem safe.
Now Bayer, the company that bought Monsanto, is losing billions in lawsuits from people who say Roundup harmed them. Instead of adding a cancer warning, Bayer is trying to avoid being sued at all.
They want the Supreme Court to rule that their EPA-approved label protects them from responsibility.
But what they won’t say is this: the label they rely on is based on misleading information. They helped create it—and they could ask to add a cancer warning at any time.
This case could affect more than just Roundup. It could impact all pesticides.
If the Court sides with Monsanto, companies could be protected from lawsuits—even if their products are dangerous.
Many of these chemicals are known to harm the body, including causing cancer and damaging the brain and hormones.
If companies can’t be held accountable, they may have no reason to make safer products or tell the truth.
That puts everyone—especially future generations—at risk.
Join us on April 27 at 9am on the SCOTUS steps in Washington, D.C., to stand against this for the biggest MAHA rally yet! Bring the entire family and plan a trip to visit a new safer and more beautiful DC!

If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal.
If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist.
If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian.
If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.

Pesticide makers are pushing for legislation that would bar Americans from suing them for causing cancer or disease. Our government should not be shielding pesticide companies from liability for poisoning Americans.

Did you know: The SNAP program (food stamps) spends $12 billion annually on soda alone?
That’s 15 billion servings of soda paid for by taxpayer dollars, fueling obesity and chronic disease in underserved communities.

Big Ag is misunderstanding what MAHA policies mean for farming.
The next four years can go down in history books as the start of a golden age for American farming.
When everyone agrees the current Ag subsidy system is a dumpster fire that’s not serving farmers or children or any other stakeholder, there’s an opportunity to come together to forge new agriculture policies that incentivize the thriving of American farmers.
We’re the agricultural power of the world, but 20 percent of our children are malnourished. Our soil is depleted, our food is less nutrient-dense, we’ve obviously lost our way when it comes to dependence on ultra-processed food and the thousands of ingredients that are being phased out of every other country.
Everyone agrees behind closed doors that we need to look at the pesticides and herbicides we use on our food. Everyone agrees there’s too many chemicals and food dyes.
We have an obesity crisis, and there’s a bill to send $1 trillion a year to a Denmark pharmaceutical company to prescribe Ozempic instead of invest in American farmers.
Bobby Kennedy and Donald Trump talked during the campaign about putting American farmers at the center of health.
President Trump obviously needs to decide on specific policies. But I believe Big Ag misreads the vibe of messaging during the campaign. All discussion was about supporting American farmers and fixing bad incentives.
There is an opportunity for stakeholders in ag to convene on reforms to a system we all agree isn’t fully working. To strategize on achieving on goal that we can achieve quickly:
Ensuring Americans eat the most nutritious, highest quality food in the world.

If Trump promised to bring back the beef-tallow fries 80s kids can still remember, he’d win in a landslide.
