NewJeans' struggle has not only been her own, but also a fight for the labor rights of all women worldwide, for workplace dignity, for the right to work in a safe space where they are not objectified or belittled simply for being women.
It is also a proletarian struggle, for the labor rights of those who are seen as nothing more than a means to fill the coffers of the powerful oligarchs.
The struggle of Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein has never been a selfish or capricious one; it is a fight for the human dignity of all—women, workers, and children. That is their legacy, and it is greater than them and greater than us.
That's why, whether you're a K-pop fan or not, if you now know about MHDHH's struggle, you must stand with them, with social justice, and with human dignity.

NewJeans put their careers on the line just to make the world aware of what they were going through under HYBE. But instead of listening to them, believing them, and protecting them, K-pop fans turned against them, piled on the hate, and victim-blamed them.
Who in their right mind would side with a massive entertainment conglomerate over five young artists speaking out about their own experiences?.. Apparently, almost everyone did. Even the Korean media seemed more willing to side with HYBE than to seriously listen to the girls.
Imagine having the courage to speak up, only to find that the very people who should have stood up for you are among those condemning you.

NewJeans is nominated for the Global TOP 10 category at the 2026 Melon Music Awards, but MMA deliberately edited Danielle out of the nominee introduction video. That's not an accident. It was a deliberate choice. And we all know ADOR and HYBE are pushing that agenda.
I don't care whether you choose to vote or not. But at least be aware of what you're voting for. Are you really voting for the girls, or are you supporting FRAUDOR's version of NewJeans?
