RFK Jr. must go.
Study: about a quarter of Americans falsely think childhood vaccination is an autism risk factor. The study links this belief to GOP identification and trust in Trump. Meanwhile, measles cases are surging. MAGA is endangering its own people. See first comment.

RFK Jr. must go
Senator-Elect Annie Andrews: I want to hold RFK Jr. accountable for the damage that he has done to America’s public health system. He is the reason that Spartanburg County, South Carolina had a measles outbreak just last year. He has done grave damage to trust in the public health system in America and he needs to be held accountable, and I think no one is better prepared to do that than me — a pediatrician with 20 years of experience practicing.

It is time for the La Salle County GOP to amend this injustice against Adam Kinzinger. I challenge the central committee to rescind its censure and to admit, finally, that Kinzinger was right in denouncing Jan. 6.

The focus is properly on Hegseth, but RFK Jr. needs to follow him out the door.
MAHA was anti-science. Anti-vaccine. Anti-expertise. Anti-evidence. Anti-consensus. It turned scientific ignorance into a political identity and fear into a profitable grift. They sold distrust and monetised confusion. You don’t make a nation healthier by making it less informed.

Trump tried to co-opt @pontifex into his vote-getting “Board of Peace.” Pope Leo wisely declined. Now the Dems are trying to get their photo opps with the Pontiff, oblivious to the incompatibility of their platform to church teachings. Leo should steer clear.
I joined nearly 100 other bipartisan members of Congress to invite Pope Leo XIV to address a Joint Session of Congress at the start of the next term. For the first time, the world has an American-born Pope. As an inspiration to so many from this country, of the Catholic faith, and beyond, it is our hope that he may unify Congress and remind Members of the ‘why’ that guides us each day as we serve the American people.

I hope that the governor of Tennessee, with Christa Pike’s death warrant in his in-box, is paying attention

When we return next week, we’ll get 218 signatures for Epstein Files Transparency Act II, which guarantees a vote. Survivors will be able to get their own records, State Attorneys General can prosecute crimes, and we can take the DOJ to court for keeping critical files hidden.⚖️

He should have saved the post for Nov. 13 for maximum comic impact, but this is still very funny. 😆

National GOP operative tells me: "People will try to overcomplicate this, but its really simple: This is 100% because of Iran. It's all in the data and has been since a week after the war started. The economic anxiety is directly correlated with the war. We got our asses kicked because of it."

Notice that he didn’t say for how much longer.
Donald J. Trump is the President of the United States. Still your President!

I suspect the ulterior motive is to keep DeSantis occupied so he can’t mount a presidential campaign.
Surely there is someone else.

Surely there is someone else.
“One source told CBS News that Ron DeSantis is being floated as a possible replacement for Hegseth, arguing DeSantis could go through Senate confirmation in the lame-duck period and then take the post when his term as governor expires Jan. 5.” cbsnews.com/news/trump-hegse…

Good one. He had me there, I’ll admit.
The vote was rigged. Just really clear examples of fraud, especially coming from the South. I mean Texas? Mississippi? Are you serious? That's the only explanation I can come up with for why a one loss Notre Dame team is #11.

Iranian officials are gloating about the midterms, but what Tehran doesn’t seem to understand is that Trump might actually take out his election losses on Iran. A bluenami isn’t going to deter Trump. politico.com/news/2026/11/04…

VERDICT: Never in doubt. Kammerer had the map behind him but never took victory for granted. Forget the blue wave: Bureau County is just too red for a Democrat to win a countywide race.
ELECTION DAY WHISPERS: Tom Kammerer will be the next Bureau County sheriff. Democrat Mike Wittig has a solid base in Princeton and Hall Township, but Kammerer isn’t taking this one for granted and should spur enough voters to put this one away.
