The top 32 players for the upcoming duel tournament will be able to use this brand new space that was revealed on today’s WoW Forever podcast.
@AggrendWoW goes on to mention that we may see this area in an upcoming patch.
At long last we have finally created the remote control war pretending to be a video game from Orson Scott Card’s classic “Don’t Create The Remote Control War Pretending To Be A Video Game”
Ukrainian-developed FPV drone simulator “Remote Reaper: FPV Drone” has officially left Early Access, with version 1.0 now available on Steam.
Developed in collaboration with military pilots, the simulator focuses on combat FPV drone operations and introduces several features in its full release, including armored vehicles with modeled vulnerable zones, electronic warfare effects that can disrupt video feeds and control signals during the final stage of an attack, and a customizable drone editor.
Version 1.0 also adds configurable weather conditions, custom mission editing, real-time flights with other pilots and a racing mode.
Players can use FPV hardware or a gamepad with realistic flight physics, or opt for simplified controls using a keyboard and mouse.

My head canon is that Chris Metzen is chained up in the basement of Blizzard HQ like Garrosh’s soul in Shadowlands and the writing team is draining him for anima (story ideas) and then completely shitting on every one of them and he has no idea.

I don't think handing out a deficit-financed $5,000 per person stimulus check would be a very good idea.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Important context needed: Trump previously promised 2 dividends and never followed through.
In early 2025, Trump publicly backed a roughly $5,000 “DOGE dividend”
In November 2025, he promised a $2,000 “tariff dividend”

If you want truly long term success in a consumer discretionary business, you must leave some consumer surplus on the table.
When you push everyone to their price discovery point, they will not voluntarily repeat that experience.
the point of dungeons is that u finish a zone and have like 6 final big quests saved up that want u to visit the dungeon, with big rewards and big exp rewards. in total it will absolutely be worth doing the one visit. exactly as god intended.
dungeonspammers are being disingenuous in this discussion in their attempts to restore their highway imo.

Hot take:
Forever’s PvP should expand outward (larger scale) rather than inward. Community-driven 1v1 Tournaments are great, BUT the moment Blizzard standardizes these things is the second players start demanding meticulous tuning.
MMOs are about fun > balance. PvP is one aspect of a larger world. By disconnecting it through unique rulesets and tuning, you start homogenizing, removing identity and fantasy.
I want to get a raid BiS weapon and 2 tap people in a BG. I do not want PvP scaling, stats, and tuning focused on viability.
A focus on balance over fantasy is how Retail WoW lost ALL of its itemization and sauce.
Keep things weird, bursty, and broken. Then expand on that.
Players have questioned whether or not we would see Arenas make an appearance in WoW: Forever. There may be a hint in the Riverglades about whether this will make it into the full release!
